I buy a Mobile handset Of Samsung Company.Model Super Hero ( SCH-B259 ) from tata outlet on 30.03.09 . From very first day belows the problem start :
1) Very Low Battery Back-up
2) Automatically Switch Off
3) Bell ringing when call come but display no show any number or remain as before( No caller ID Shown )
For these problems resolve i go to service centre of samsung ( Sapphire Sales Services pvt. Ltd.9, Printing Press Area, Delhi. First time they don, t check my hanset & just said that is battery problem & changed my handset battery.They ensure me that the problem is resolved but, that is not as they said.Problems remain same as it is.

Second time i go to Service centre o 28.04.09 & this time they said that i must leave my set for ten days & it will be get back to you on 8.05.09.But on 8.05.09 they said that we send handset in company for change mother board of this defult hanset & get back to you in three days.But till date they not receive my handset & i am not receive any call or information in this regard till date.After asking questions they only reply that company don't have the parts of this handset this time & if they get they changed & give you.When i said them to give my faulty hanset in same condition they reply that they can't do this & misbehaved with me.

Till date (25.05.09) no information from Samsung company or Service centre.
