Sir/ Madam,

I had purchased samsumg mobile (model no.S3310I (2GB)) [Colour : Red] from and authorised dealer "REDIPHONE". 112-113, Gokulesh Complex, Opp. circuit House, R.C. Dutt Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara-7. vide Cash Invoice No.15617 dated 31-OCT-10 amounting to Rs.3,530/-. But, right from the day one, the mobile handset is malfunctioning. I have visited the above showroom 'N' number of times for getting set-right the hadset, but they seem to be in no mood to resolve my issue. Also, very abrupt answers are given to me. Mind you that my residence is more than 30 KMS from the above mentioned showroom. I am from a lower middle class family and my financial position is also not that strong enough. Also, It is causing lot of harrassment to me, for my valuable time and money. I have to leave early from the place where I am serving for resolving my this issue.
I request your kindself to look into the matter and resolve the matter at the earliest.
