I am sorry to know that the said product is not functioning. Please accept our humble apology for the same.
I would like to inform you that as per the return policy you may return items purchased at futurebazaar.com within 15 days of delivery incase the same is found damaged or defective for a refund or replacement.
As the said product was delivered at your shipping address in the month of November 2010, we will not be able to replace or return the product at our end.
Further, I confirm that the after sales service of the product is provided by the manufacturing company. You hence need to contact the Brand service center for repairs of the said product. I have also tried contacting you regarding the same however were unable to get in touch with you.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
