LG Mobile Service Center Response Sir,
I purchased a LG (GM 200) mobile handset few months before. There was a problem with my handset (Microphone not working, phone works with hands free only). Today i took it to a authorised service center in visakhapatnam. They told me that it will take a minimum of 15 days to rectify the problem. On inquiring for the delay of 15 days they didn't gave any satisfactory reasons. I want to know why does a service center requires 15 days to rectify a mobile. LG service center displays a Board telling that the phone will be repaired within 1hr or else a replacement phone be provided for the specific duration before the phone is repaired. In my case neither did happened. Waiting for an early response.

Ks660 I bought a KS660 cel phone last year in the USa. I use it in Brazil and always I have problems with the touchscreen. It doesn't work! I can't find an LG asssitance here to this problem! I can't find an user manual for this model!!!
It's the worst cel phone I have ever had!
