I have purchased the so called Samsung Galaxy "Smart" phone 6 weeks back...since then I am facing with the issue of calls getting dropped while talking and then phone is not reachable for 2-3 mins...I have complained twice in gallery and I am yet to get any convincing reply from them. I was told they are aware of this issue but as of now no solution on this.

I dont want to use this phone anymore and I want to surrender it and want my money back.
Please let me know the procedure for the same as I didnt receive any solution on returning this stupid phone.
I am still not able to use my Galaxy 3 stupid phone...I have registered my complaint in gallery at Borivali west on 2nd December Work Order MCB 2660 and I was told that it will be done in weeks time by Mr. Peter who is in charge of tht gallery. So even after 10 days I have not got any solution and Mr Peter is not answering calls also when I went in gallery to see him he is on leave and not picking up phone also.
Can anybody in Samsung all over India ll help me out in getting solution on this issue or I have to go to consumer court to get this issue sorted.
I am totally frustrated with the Samsung services and ll never ever reccomend anybody to use samsung phones.

I had bought a Samsung Galaxy 3 (i5801) on the 2nd of Nov 2010 against bill no. 35807 from Decent collection, Bandra, Mumbai. I had reported this complaint to the Samsung company through their website and to their service centre situated at Lalbaug, Mumbai. Replies that i have been getting is that the service centre has been forwarding such kind of complaints to the company in Delhi but there is been no action been taken till date. Below attached is the e-mail that i had sent & the reply that i received from their end.
