I purchased an N8 on 6th Nov. On 16th i found out that my phone would not switch on. I immediately went to a Nokia Service Center and deposited the handset. After few days they told me that my phone was "dead". It would have to be replaced.I waited patiently. On 30th they called me and told me that the replaced phone that the company had sent was "dead" too. Hence they had sent it back to be replaced again. On 8th Dec, i received another replaced phone. The very next day this phone too switched off and would not switch on. On contacting the customer care people, they told me that they will have to replace it again(4th time). I am totally frustrated with the service the company has been providing.I barely used the phone for 7 days and I still havent received the replaced handset.

I am not interested in using this set. I want to get my money back so that I can buy a good phone.
