I have submitted my mobile handset Nokia 6210 on 23rd of November,2010, after one week as per your service job sheet (222433527/101125/46 ) I came Nokia Care ( Gulati Communications F-2 Bhagat Singh Market, Near Gole Market Connaught Place New Delhi-110001 ) on 29th November,2010. I got message from your executive that, you have not submitted computer raised bill against the same, so it’s returned back to from head office, Mr. Gulati they should knowledge of about their work (1. when they are taking any hand set (Mobile ) from client, that time they must be knowledge of all document. 2. If handset return back to from Head office they should inform to client ) I arranged computer raised bill, which was very difficult to me because one year back I purchased this mobile from HOT SPOT, they helped me on this. Again I resubmitted my handset with new job sheet (222433527/101129/23 ) on same day 29th November,2010 that time I told your executive that there will be create problem with my bills because as per my bills date was 26th Novemberm,2009 and today 29th November,2010, one year complete of my bill & as per NOKIA POLICY they will not consider to this hand set they said we will take care I said ok. After one week I again came back to your Nokia Care on 6th December,2010 as per new job Sheet Target Delivery Date, I got same word from your executive which was I explained to your executive (that there will be create problem with my bills because as per my bills date was 26th Novemberm,2009 and today 29th November,2010, one year complete of my bill & as per NOKIA POLICY they will not consider to this hand set they said) , after conversation with your executive on 6th Dec,2010 hand set again resubmitted (its Second time)on same job sheet (222433527/101129/23 ) and he has ensured me, it will repair by 10th of December,2010 so I requesting to you please do the needful from your end.
