Subject:- Micro Max Mobile Company is not returning me my Mobile Handset GC255 dual sim from 4 months.

This is Javed Chaudhary and i am a govt. teacher. I have a mobile handset of Micro Max model GC255 dual sim. My mobile is not working properly it seems many problem in handset, battery and headphone.And my mobile was in under warranty so, i deposit it in Micro Max service center in hapur before 4 months.service center leader said me that i'll give you D.O. and you get new mobile handset after one week. But i go service center many time in 4 months they said after one week, after one week. But they did not return me my mobile handset i am totally desturbe not get my mobile.Please sir solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am also sending you the receiving copy of mobile handset which is given by the service center.

Please sir give me the best solution as soon as please.
