Samsung Galaxy 3 Smart Phone...call drop for vodafone users Hi,
I have purchased Samsung Galaxy 3 smart phone on 6th Nov 2010 and since then I am facing issue of calls being dropped on cell phone. Even after repeatadly complaining in Samsung no one is having solution for this. Samsung is aware of this issue and they say thy dont have any solution as of now. This is happening only with Vodafone users.
I am fed up of this cell as I am not able to use it for my basic purpose of making and receiving calls.
Please help me in getting my money back from Samsung.

samsung galaxy 3 call drops with vodaphone I have a samsung galaxy 3, I am facing call drops with vodaphone,I approached vodaphone and they asked me to do a sim swap,however still face the same issue, I have notcied that only when the internet connection is off I do not face call drops however when I activate internet connection I face call drops again...please help me with finding a resolution as without the internet the whole purpose of it being an android phone gets lost

problem with the Galaxy 3. Im also facing same problem with Vodafone and on the top of which cell is getting switched off again and again between calls.

Call drop problem I am also facing the same problem, whenever there is an internet connection call gets drop. If I turn off my GPRS then its working fine.

try upgrading to android 2.2 guys I recently tried upgrading to Android 2.2.
This seemed to solve my vodafone call drop problem. can anyone else confirm this?

Call drop issue in Samsung galaxy3 hi All,
I am facing the same problem with samsung galaxy3. I am using vodafone sim card. When background data is off, there is no call drop. Otherwise if background data is on or bakground data on and account sync is on, call drop issue is there. I am not able to check balance also on this cell. i have to put my sim in anothr cell to check balance.

Thanks vodafone senior member, I have registered the complaint. Please let me know is this problem due to sim card. Since 4 days, vodafone netwrk is not good, even gprs is slow. PLease let me know if there is problem in netwrk.
