I purchased Nokia E63 on 06 May 2009 from ARENA MOBILE HUT, Shop No 32, 1st Floor, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (UP).
Total Amount Paid = Rs 12,600
Book No = 10
Bill No = 488
The handset has a problem that it hangs in between the call and every time battery has to be taken out and start the set again.
When I complained on 14th May, the just did "formating" and promised that it will be OK after that.
But the problem persisted. I contacted again at same place and I've been tolad that its software needs to be re-loaded at Vaishali.
At Vaishali service centre, the staff announced that internet is not working, hence I have to visit again.
I WANT TO REPLACE THE HANDSET.
