Hi Sir/ Madam,

I got a Micromax Bling in end of september 2010 from sector 18, NOIDA. And its screen display went off after maximum of 4 days use. I went to the Micromax service center (Sector 22, NOIDA) in the same month and now it has been over two months that they are not giving my phone back and saying that it has not been repaired yet. I have been regularly going to there service centre every week despite of the fact that I stay in sector-82, noida which is very far from that place. And every week they say that I will get my phone next week. I do not want this phone anymore and I want my money back anyhow. I spent about Rs 5800 on it and I am from a middle calss family and cannot afford to but a new phone until I get my money back from this useless deal. Please suggest me a way to do that. If I have to, I will even go to the court to lodge a complaint against Micromax and thier services. Please help me out on this.
