i have purchased nokia 5800 mobile from mobile store, vashi 14/02/2009 Inv. No.MH5570 for Rs.18999/-. Next day morning i have found the message when i am opening the mesage it is giving memory full, please remove some data. when i an clicking on applications they are not opening. when i am doing switching off & ON, then it is ok. Every time in the morning & evening i have to restart it. i have contacted two times nokia care at vashi and they said that software should be changed. they have changed. Still the problem is existing and they have not resolved. I have also requested to replace the handset. This product has been sold with out any proper qulity inspection. They are just fooling & and just acting. every time i need to travel long distance for nokia care and they are not resolving. I might have purchased some china mobile for 3000 rather than nokia for 18999/-. they should assure some guarantee. they have just fooled me. I am very busy person. I want to sue on nokia.
