I want your help to change my mobile.

I have purchased a sony ericsson mobile, (product name W595) on 7th march 2009 in patna from the shop name Mobile Corner. On around 17th march mobile switch off while taking a photo in pune. Then on returning from pune I take it to the shop from where I have purchased it. Then told me to show it in service centre. When I showed it in service center then there they said me that mobile is dead and it will take around 1 month time to repair. Then I called sony ericsson call center and register a complain there to return the mobile as soon as possible after repairing it and I have submitted the mobile in service center on 31st march and on the same day I had made the complain too.
Then they give the complain no. and said me to wait for 48 hrs. to proceed the problem. Then I called them after 2 days and they replied that it take 48 working hrs. to proceed.
After that I called them daily to know about the status and they always replied me that "your case is forwarded to higher authority and call us back after 48 hrs. I got this answer till 15th april and on 17th april they called me first time that your is repaired and you can collect it from service center today. During this period I talked with many higher authority in their call center which conversation is not possible to write.

Again after few days I found that mobile is getting heat while charging, playing walkman, talking for more than half an hr or playing radio.
Then again I called sony ericsson call center regarding this issue, then they told me to go to service center and summit ur phone there then give them the call.
Then on 11th may 2009 I summit the mobile phone there. In service center they took the mobile and return me its battery and back cover and told me if the problem is in mobile then it take around more than 20 days. On same day (11 may 2009) they call me to service center to collect the mobile and told me there is no any problem. Then I told her how you checked it and told them to check the phone by using for a long duration that is around 1 hr. and give her the battery back to check it also to see wether the problem is in mobile or in battery. Then they said me ok we will check it tommrow by using it for a long duration and will call u after that. But on 12 april i waited till 4pm and they donot call me. Then I go to the service center, there they told me that we haven't
got the time to check as we have many cases so come after 3 to 4 days. Then again I called sony ericsson call center to change the mobile as I am suffering a lot at persent and in past too I had suffered a lot. Then they register a complain and said me to call after 48 hrs. as I know about their this answer, because in my last case I heard only same reply always.

So during the period of more than around 65 days I haven't use the mobile for 30 days hardly. So please help me in changing the mobile.
