Submit Complaint..I have been using MTS mobile from last 1.5 years in Mumbai, sometimes I cannot able to make calls, calls getting disconnected automatically. Even some one try to call me they receiving ''Out of service area" response. Since yesterday(5th Nov 2011) evening till now same problem exists. Even I can't contact customer care though I have full signal strength.

Mobile not working properly I have purchase a Karbonn mobile in july model no. is K451M. but this mobile backup not working properly. this mobile shows full battery charged but after 1 hour its shows battery empty. And another thing is that there is no service centre in Karnal. so help me what i do?
