i have purchased Samsung hand set GT-B7300 (Ominia lite ) from Univercell mobiles at Nellore, just after 3 months it started hanging and it battery charge is not lasting even for 6 hours. I tool it to Univercell stores from where i purchased the hand set, they told me to go to Samsung service which i did. They took my complaint and took four day to find the defect. Initially they asked me to replace the SIM card as it is of less capacity as i was using 3G. I upgraded the SIM and took 3G SIM with faster version even then the same problem persisted i thought that they are buying time and i took the phone to service, he told that the battery has to be replaced, and it will take at least 1 weeks time to import the battery, till such time u have to adjust with the same hand set. I tried using my hand set battery on my friends hand set (same model) it was working for long. Then i went to service point and told the matter, then they came out with another version, saying that PB has to be replaced and it will take another 1 week. Now 1st keeping aside the parts replace ment, i wounder why i should accept a defective hand set after spending 15k hard earned money. and to my dismay this model has gone out of production as is the case of mobiles. To my disguise even the Univercell people are also not responding inspite of placing 3 complaints with URGENT flag. And they are not even ready to give me a stand by handset till my hand set is being repaired or replaced.
Pl help me in solving this problem
