I gave my samsung guru 2120B cell to samsung service center,ameerpet,hyderabadh 4 months back. They didn't checked it properly and they had done the temporary fix and gave it to me . I got the same cell problem on that day evening only so i again went to them and gave it to them. They told that there is problem in the motherboard and told me that i will get a new phone or money as a return back. till now i didn't get my cell i.e. almost 3 months. So can you suggest me what is the procedure to complaint against their service. To whom can i complain. you can mail to me keerthikanth@tcs.com.
