Dear Sir / Madam

i purchased Motorola mobile from stotspot, at the time of purchase i take 2 years care pack warranty care pack, in august 2010 i submit my mobile at stotspot Vikash Marg 4, Laxmi Nagar for the minor problem, when go to collect my mobile they say that my set is DEAD and submit accessories and get 50% money of the current value, when i argument with them they exchange my set, i have only two option either i get 50% money or receive new so and finally i aggrey to receive set.

Now problem is this that this set is full fault i submitted many times for servicing and i received mobile after 15 days, each time problem is same or they create new problem, my set is in service center last 3 month in service center. at the time of receipt they denay to give any paper regarding repairing.

I received my set yesterday (24/11/2010) still problem is same, and my warranty end at 5/11/2010, please suggest me proper action against service center,
