    Default Complaint regarding my newly purchase handset.



    I Mr. Khan Tarique Anwar have purchase Motorola EM30 Silver mobile Handset & IMEI No. 359612-01-083728-3 from Big Bazar

    Mulund R-Mall, Mumbai On 04.05.2009. After taht i seem that hand set is faulty Bluetoth & camera Calirty is not Good in Night

    as well as in day.So, I went to the seller at time he has advised me to go the Motorola service at televideo Services, Ganesh

    Darshan blg. Shop no.3 , agyari lane, opp. SBI Bank, Jhambhali naka Thane (w) Tel. 022-25380835 i asked i have purchase

    yestarday istself so why i want to go to service centre.
    He said me go over ther they will check if there is any falutly they will provide you DOA(Defalut Product).Through that DoA

    we can provide you New handset.

    Hence I had convinced myself and went to Motorol Customer care at given address on 07.05.2009.The executive has clarified

    that this problem is due to the software i.e. it needs to be updated then it will work.
    if it will not work then you will get new handset.
    She had taken my handset for upgrading software and told me you will get your handset by towmorrow.she has give me Work Order

    no. TZ/MO/09/00273.

    After that i & My Father had visted your customer care service center on date 08.05.2009 for colecting handset.According to

    them that handest is not repairable so i have ask for DOA.
    They told me i will not provide you DOA so i had asked for refund my money back they told me give me work sheet & take your

    mobile.I said i will not provide you work order sheet before resolving my problem.He said bad word to me & my father afther

    that they have beat me & my father.
    So i said i will go to the police station.Then I & father went for police station at thane town.
    The police constable siad that is not in our area. So please go to Naupada Police station.
    After that both of them have meet in Naupada police station Your service centre Owner said that is company policy not to

    provide DOA.
    So i have requested for DOA they have send me that DOA after so many giving reminder call but i have not found any thing not

    to provide DOA from Motorola that mail from Regdington.Please refer the attachment file for your information.

    For your information the staff in the Motorola service center in Thane is worst Rude Behaviour. They even don’t know how to

    talk with the customer. They Don't know the importance of Customer.They don't have respect of customer.I am also give you

    suggestion to Motorla CEO Or CFO Don't Give authorise service center to unprofessional (Gunda) People.
    only give Professional & educated people.


    I say to very sorry, about your services as regarding company goodwill. I suggest in my knowing peoples to don't purchases

    MOTOROLA Handset in future due to your worthless service centre.



    NOTE:So, please replace the phone (Motorola EM30 Silver mobile Handset & IMEI No. 359612-01-083728-3) or back my money. As

    soon as possible.

    I had not spent my valuable TIME & Money for visting your seller & Service Center office.

    Hope the case is clear to you. So, my dear friend I want the clarification/justification/rectification for the entire case

    with your personal attention in the concern matter. Or else any advise from your end will be appreciated. Please advise if

    need to go to ConsumerCourt.
