I have purchased a new Micromax x360, s.no. YS1001109977on 06/03/2010. Everything was working fine from the past 6 months, however now its keypad have stopped working. I can not receive or make any calls, can not type sms or browse through the mobile phone. I visited the service center (Rahul Teders it address is kalpatru shoping center jodhpur (rajasthan) contect person name is vikas (owner micromax service center) his contect no. 9928010293, second contact person name is deepak (eng).only to find that even they were as unreliable as there phone. First. they asked me to bring the bill along with the warranty card (When I visited, I only carried the warranty). Now, when I approach them they always try to make some or the other excuses and ask me to visit them after Diwali. i am going to service center from last 2 month. but they can not sovled my problem. I called there customer care number and they too have the same attitude as either they do not pick up the call or even if they pick up, the call gets disconnected in the middle of a conversation.
