    Question Complaint against samsung service center

    Sir/Madam

    I Mr. Sumanta Kumar Sen of Barabati, Motiganj, Balasore Orissa desire to lodge a complaint against your SAMSUNG SERVICE on the following ground:

    That I have purchased a samsung mobile bearing MODEL NUMBER: GT - S5350, IMEI NUMBER: 358664/03/045013/5 and S/N: RWBZ325782H from yours dealer M/S MAYUR ELECTRONICS Cinema Bazar Balasore Orissa vide BILL NUMBER: 825 Dated:16/04/2010.

    The speaker of the said mobile is not working properly and I went to your samsung mobile service center at Balasore near Ashish Plaza Orissa on 15/11/2010, they kept my mobile and informed me that the speaker will be replaced and you come on 17/11/2010. When I met them on 17/11/2010 they told me that the speaker is not in stock it will be replaced when it will come. I asked them when it will come and they told me that we cannot say. When I asked them that I purchased this mobile worth Rs 6800 then how long I can wait without mobile. They replied misbehavely and told me you go from here.

    Thereafter I informed the matter to the Samsung customer care and they told me to inform the matter to the mobile technical support and I informed them. They replied that you talk to Mr. Prasenjit Bose who is in the charge of Orissa state and gave me the mobile number of Mr. Prasenjit Bose ( 9238865400 ) when I contact in this number they replied it is a wrong number.

    Again I contact to the samsung mobile technical support and they replied me to contact the manager of the service center of Balasore in this mobile number ( 9937089107 ). When I contact the manager then he told that he is on leave. Then I went to your balasore service centre to give a written complaint in this regards and they didnot accept my complaint and told that there is no such provisions. I asked them the worksheet number and they directly denied to provide me the work sheet number. Then again I contact to your samsung mobile technical support and they told me that during the warranty period they will replace the defective parts of the mobile and if the parts are not available then only the mobile set can be replaced, and after getting this information again I went to the samsung service centre of balasore and asked them that if parts are not available then there is a provision of replacement of the mobile set so you can please replace it. They told me that there is no such provisions you go and do whatever you like.

    Being helpless I brought this matter to your knowledge with a hope to get justice.

    So I kindly request you to take necessary actions to solve the matter at an earliest because at present I am having no mobile.

    sir/madam,
    my service request no. is 4125412047 but I am sorry to inform u that the mobile service given by the service centre" 0003425137 SRS TELECOM SERVICES, Kalkaji Branch" was not at all up to the mark.I had a problem in my mobile named Samsung camp .first i was told that it has a sofware problem .but few day later when i went to recieve my hand set ,i was informed that it has water damage . But when the moblie was taken by the centre at that point of time it is checked by there work mens inside . In reality the mobile was not checked . And once if the mobile is taken by the centre its there responcibility .I was not informed by call also, my problem is that they are asking me to pay for the dammage which is not valid they are telling me to pay a sum amount of rupee 1190/- .i would like u to take this problem to them . N i want u to solve tis problem as soon as posible ....

    actually i want to connect my laptop to tv,but my lappy didn't have HDMI cable.so i asked for the help of servicing centre.next day the servicing boy came and checked the laptop and showed me to connect to monitor and told the next day he would show me how to connect to laptop and charged rs.150/-.from 25th of january my work didn't move further.i want to get the work done on befor 27th jan as 28th there is a function in my house to which our cousins could view it from webcam.si i kindly request samsung officials to solve my problem as early as possible.

    Post Services center not opening from last 15 days

    Dear sir,

    i am facing problem in my handset. and i am give it to services for repairing on 22/12/11 to till date i didn't get my phone back. i am giving it second time to repair. after that they are giving me excuses like " sorry sir, we didn't get his part you can come after 3 days" , then next time "sir , we have change the part but still facing the same problem. so you come next week". And now finally their services center closed no body is there. so what we do forget my handset...............

    Default Complaint against samsung service center

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I bought a new samsung phone bearing model no.E1232B in December 2011. I found signal complaint on 6.2.2012 and i gave the mobile to samsung service center on 7.2.2012 and they returned the phone to me on 22.2.2012 after necessary repair but the same complaint was repeated on 23.02.2012. On 25.02.2012 again i deposited my phone at Samsung service center. The response of the service center is not good yet so far and the service of the servicing center is very poor and not satisfied.

    I would like to lodge a complaint on samsung service center. I want your suggestion Please send me the procedure

    Thumbs down Samsung-Poor service, worst phone.

    We purchased Samsung Galaxy DUOS phone one month back. Within 5 days the SD card stopped working.Also whenevr any call received/made, the other side could not hear the voice for 5-10 seconds couple of times while in the middle of call and in some cases the phone would get disconnected also.
    We lodged a complaint with samsung customer care and as per their suggestion we contacted samsung service centre in Gurgaon. They admitted that both the problems did exist.They changed the SD Card after 5-6 days. For voice problem they said they have changed the motherboard as it was faulty. We took the mobile back home for testing. The problem persisted. We called service centre. The service centre people denied to accept that the problem persisted. But after making calls to their phone they experienced the same problem. They again did some repairs in the phone and gave it back. But third time also problem persists and now they are denying that the problem is there.
    It has been just a month since we purchased the mobile but hardly used it for 10 days. For 3 times the phone has been given to service center but of no use.Samsung customer care service is also very pathetic. They just lodge a complaint and give the complaint number. They can do nothing more than this.

    We want that either the phone should be replaced or money should be reimbursed. We have all the supporting documents if required.

    SAMSUNG IS MAKING FOOL OF ITS CUSTOMERS. I SUGGEST EVERY1 NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF SAMSUNG OTHERWISE YOU WILL MAKE FOOL OF YOURSELF. I WILL BE RELAXED WHEN SAMSUNG WILL PROVIDE MY HEADPHONES ANYHOW. THEY CAN CONTACT ME ON 9999942333..
