I had given my nokia 3230 handset for repairs third time and told him not to repair it but replace it with new one because it was new one , but Bright Point was not able to replace my faulty unit with new unit ( I was told that they will change the main pcb only my covers would remain same which i agreed ) they told me that it will take 15 days so i asked for standby handset so they gave me 2300 which can not take my memory card where my contact were stored but for 3 months i did not receive my hand set but got call from brightpoint saying your handset is ready with repairing to which i objected and refused to take repaired handset and demanded refund , wrote many letter to nokia but no luck ,Nokia had highest sale of 3230 in those days but do not have unit for replacement, i do not understand why this companies takes customers for ride , i had paid Rs. 15,000/0- for 3230 handset and now i am left with have 2300 and matter is 3 years old. Would Nokia survive in US for such lethargic service, BrightPoint also is Arrogant and treat customer like Dog the way Nokia Treats. They are not willing to give me Handset which is currently available. And Nokia is not talking About my loss for 3 months in which i could not make calls from my memory card , if they have any technology to use memory card in 2300 ?
