    Angry Consumer Court In Shaikh Saray New delhi for Mobile Handset

    Hello,

    I have filed a case in Consumer court Delhi last year November. I am going on all the dates given by the court.

    The Next party is not appeared even a single time. Court is given us date again and again.

    Why they are not taking any action or not giving any judgement if the second party is not appearing.

    I am totally frustrated. Can you help me in this regard.

    What should I do now. Today was my date. They told us we don't have stano, please come on 16/04/2009. This is too much.
    After 3 month.

    Please give me some solution.

    Hello,

    Without knowing the full details of your case it is very hard for us to tell you the solutions. As you mentioned that next party is not coming even if the notice is issued by the court then the court issue the suman against the next party, but as we mentioned above that before knowing the full details it is very hard for us to guide you.

    Post Hero Honda Service Centre Not Provide the GIFT

    Hello,
    I am Ram Saran repair my Hero Honda Passion Plus disk Break (change the caliber for Rs. 1459) on 05/08/09 at Ess Aay Agency P Ltd 747, Joshi Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi and i am completed my points approx 17600.

    As per hero honda Passport scheme they should be provide me gift on completion of 17500 points, but there manager Mr. J Mehra straight forward tell me I am not Giving any gift to you.

    I am also talk in corporate office of hero honda but no solution found from any where.

    Please help me for provide the gift from Ess Aay Agency.

    Default Bill not recieved, service not done.

    I have given my Nokia E51 handset to a nokia care, situated in Gol market. The problem was poo audio quality, restart and reboot. My phone was in warrenty period but they say since water drops are found inside it is not in warrenty. I accept that and give my phone for repairing. They ask for 750 rs, that i pay to them. I ask for the bill amd they give me a normal kirana bill. When i asked for original bill they refuse to give it, anywaz i take that bill along with my job sheet copy.
    Next day phone fails to start, i bring it back to nokia care, now they are saying give 1800 rs more to repair it. I say this problem was not there but after repairing it exist. But they refuse to repair my mobile. And their behaviour was not good.
    So I am planning to go for consumer court. Kindly suggest me.

    Default ICICI home loan service getting irritate by putting regular fake message of home loan

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Jyoti Chauhan customer of ICICI bank car loan deptt, but I am getting regular fake massage from ICICI home loan deptt. It started from 6-5 month back that your EMI is over due Please pay in cash at any ICICI branch. At first message I go to bank to get clear that my car loan EMI is connected with my ICICI salary a/c so why it's not paid tii now, from there I know that this message from home loan deptt, So I called to ICICI customer care to stop this fake message. They make me sure that you will not receive this wrong message in future. But still I am receiving this message every month and every month I put request that please stop this fake message. Nobody taking this matter. so I request to help me out from this frustration.

    Unhappy Complaint for Reliance India Mobile

    hello sir,

    this is Satendra, and i am facing a problem with my reliance number. I am not able to receive any msg on my reliance number to any network, i complaint many time to Customer care but they always give me only complaint number but still they didn't do anything about my problem.I also send a mail to customer care of Reliance Mobile they also send me a complaint number and told me that they will take an action within 48 Hours, but now its completed 96 Hours still they didn't do anything...

    So please help me....its my very old number i don't want to close this number but may be reliance mobile want to close my number.....if i still face this then i'll close this number in this week.

    Post Spice Mobile shows wrong features and misguide the people

    Hello Sir,
    I am Jitendra .I purchase the spice D88n handset.the company shows that the handset support to GPRS.But in practcle it is totally false.when i going to activate the GPRS facility then the required GPRS settings of the mobile is not available at any mobile service provider(Airtel/Aircel/Vodafon/reliance/Tata Etc).When i contact to service center then they also wae not able to do this.Now i want to claim on company that they misguide the people by telling wrong features of their product.


    Please tell me what i have to Do?

    Sir maini ek sony erricson ka mobile phone January 09 liya tha .jo kuch dino daad
    hang hone laga jiski report maine service center per ki thi .09.09.2009 ko phone
    karab ho gaya tha aaj aprox 45 days bad bhi service center wale mera phone de nahi
    rahe hai.maime shakarpur servicecenter per phone de rakha hai jo keh rahe hai ki
    phone ka part mail nahi raha hai aur mujhe pereshan kar rahkah hai.mujhe her 10-12
    din baad jab zata hu to mijhe aage ki date de di zati hai.
    Sir,
    aap hi mujhe baate ab mai kya karu.

    i baought a sony ericsson F305 handset in april. After purchasing it started giving me alot of problems like no network coverage,hanging,jack problem n speaker problem. Because of these poblems i submitted my phone in service center for three times.as i was'nt able to submit it some more times.last tym dey ppl tuk ma phone for 20 dayz and i was told dat all the internal parts are replaced and my phone has a new EMI no. now and the very next it started givin me problems regarding earphone ang charger connector again.which is totally damaged.i fed up of going to service centre again n again and with their very bad service too.please help me out.

    Default School admission, and admission amt,uniform and donation refund

    I have taken admission for my daughter Nephriti Chetry, in MAX FORT SCHOOL, Dwarka in the year 02/01/2009 and the school receipt number is 0005028 for 21,740 and receipt no.0378 for 15,000 and for 3000 for uniform.(in cash).
    whereas after a week we had withdrawn the admission due to personal problems. and the school was notified well within. The above mentioned amount is still to be refunded back by the school. Written application have been handed over to the school administration dept. MAMTA on Feb '09' ,Sept. '09', Nov '09". And was dually informed that the school will follow up and revert back, however after numerous phone calls and written application, and not to mentioned the numerous visits to the school, we are yet to hear from the school authorities.
    On each time of calling school authorities we are put on long hold, or stated that the respective authorities are not available.
    We are in a dilemma as still have not been able to talk or meet the school principal or the School Board as promised.
    Almost six months follow up and still not able to get an responsive answer for the school.

    Please guide us as to what action can we organize so as to get the school in negotiable terms.

    Angry complain against idea cellular services

    hello sir;
    i m bhanu shringi.
    my complain is regarding the idea sms service activation .actually they activated a filmy sms pack withoy my confirmation and deducted 10 Rs for that on monday 08 march 2010. from that date i registered my complain atleast 6-7 times regarding deactvation of that service & for refund my deducted money.. but every time whenever i call them they just say that due to technical problem ur complain is in still process & u have to wait for next next 6 hours ,next 11 hours,next 24 hors . evry time they r giving me the next 24 hours .& doing nothing. even when i call customer care after knowing this complain they just say i have to wait & atonce disconnect the phone.
    so finally i think to complain this issue in consumer court .so that the other persons of mine type who r facing such probem of the whimsicality of these type cellular service providing companies can learn the lesson.
    so i hope u will consider this issue not only of a single person but as a lot of people who r facing these minor or major issues & cant take the steps against these companies ,.just by thinking that they r helplesss .... nobody with them. i hope a proper action will be taken as soon as possible .so that these idea celluar type companies can stop their whimsicality... can learn that even a single person of this progressive & independent country is enough to teach the lesson them.

    Unhappy Nokia cheating and not replacing my phone with new set which is under warranty

    This is regarding the mobile handset I have purchased on 20 Sept 2009 from Reliance Digital Retail Ltd.. The hand set have started giving trouble right after I have started using it. There was some “SIM not registered problem” was coming from beginning. Then I have submitted the phone on one of the Nokia Care center on 24 Feb 2010 under job sheet number 144433527/100224/59. In first attempt, Nokia care have investigated & repaired the phone but they could not resolve the problem. I was told by Nokia representative that the phone will be sent to company’s workshop and they have given me one week time.

    When I have reached to after one week, Nokia representative have handed over me another handset in place of my original handset. The handset was full of scratches on the screen & the body and it was a used phone. Even I have to compromise with the colour of the phone which was originally white but was being replaced by with black handset. They have told me that the phone was not repairable that’s why they have given me another handset.

    I have also contacted to Nokia customer care and registered a complaint with number 1-10885176824 but they have not replied satisfactory.

    I have still not collected the phone from Nokia Care center.
    I have also written mails to Nokia but they have refused to replace my phone with new phone.

    I would like to file a case against consumer court.
    Pls suggest.

    Default Samsung Galaxy - Blue tooth does not work

    Sir
    I bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY cell phone , and in the phone manual and the selling staff .... said the phone has BLUE TOOTH feature.

    When we started the phone , came to know that it does got blue tooth , but the Blue tooth didnt work , So i went to the samsung shop and spoke to the customer care .. and they are saying ;-

    That the Blue tooth function is there , but its not supposed to transfer data ?

    Its like selling a Car , but the car is not meant to moove . The engine will start but not supposed to moove...

    The samsung phone manual , didnot mention this , but only says.. Blue tooth feature available.

    Kindly advice Sir...
