    i had purchased a internet connection form tata indicom broadband.
    and offered me to buy a 6 mnth plan and after 6 mnths they will give me a 1 mnth free internet.
    on 4th feb. 6 mnths had passed and i did not get 1 month free use and my connection is inactive form that date.
    when i made a call to him customer executive from tata promised me that i will get the free use after 20 days.
    but i did not get anything.
    and now they have sent a notice through advocate that i will have to submit the modem provided by the cmpny. and if i dont they will take a legel procedure.......plz hep me out what i can do now ,,,,,
    i did not get the service for which i had paid in advance..............

    Default Reliance broadband

    Respected Sir,
    I purchase reliance broadband data card of Rs.3500.00 under the scheme of two month free usage. They said after the complication of free period, the customer care will call you for the conformation of the plain adopted by the user. But i have not received any type of conformation call from the company and while contracting to the customer care they said our representative will call you for the plain adopted. I again called customer care that i am not interested in your services and discontinued the same. Now they are calling every time and force to pay the outstanding. Please help me what should i do.

    Red face I am facing problem from Reliance GSM connection for wrong deduction of my balance

    Hello sir,
    actually sir i am so hesitate from the reliance gsm connection because the reliance gsm deducte the balance any time for any service and when i complaint then he replied that i activate this service but i said that i couldn't activate any service but he dont cr my balance my again and also when we say to deactivate the service then he reply ok we deactivate your service but next month also deducted my balance and when i ask any complaint no. then he replied that it will be sent to your mobile via sms. this problem is faces by me since 4 months. then please suggest me what can I do. Because i can't change my no.

    So please tell me whats the solution of that problem.

    Default Reliance Net Connect

    I am working as as a software engineer in an IT company.I was using mtnl net connect previously.I was supposed to join some short term assignment in Bangalore in Jan 2010.I went to Tata telecom office in Gopinath bazar for internet USB and after asking my details company executive at shop said we have network issue in your area(sadar bazar delhi cantt) and so network won't work properly and simply i came back.Next day i took Bangalore flight from Delhi.As i require net frequently i asked one of my cousin to confirm about reliance netconnect network in our area.Reliance netconnect people assured him of their network working fine in our area and so he bought reliance USB from gopinath bazar relianceworld on my father's name..
    I used net in Bangalore for around 3 months till my stay in Bangalore and paid all bills for respective period.When i am back and tried to use net in my home(sadar bazar) then there is no network most of the time and if sometimes then it will be connected for some time and then disconnected.I send my cousin to reliance office and to disconnect and their manager assured that you keep running USB and we will put one wire on your house top and after that network will be fine at all places in your house.Next week again he said that wire is not arranged till now and wait for one more week.Then they sent a bill next month.Myself and my went to their office and had a talk with manager on phone as he left till that time.Their other executive agreed that their is no network due to some other issue for some days(network is not their even before that).I asked their manager regarding that wire and he said it's not possible to arrange(after keep waiting us for 2-3 weeks may be he wanted to generate next month bill also).He asked me to pay the bill and i said i will pay the bill but you need to give my money for USB back(some Rs.3600) as company is charging for services and without network USB is a waste.

    There are some questions for consumer court from myside:
    1:I can pay the bill which is not a big amount(around 2500) but can consumercourt stop reliance from selling USB for cantt area as these people are making general public fool.
    2:They assured a speed of 3.1 Mbps but even in Bangalore speed was not more than 256 at any point of time.Is their no law to stop companies from providing incorrect information.
    3:What to do as these people harrasing us by sending people,bill and notice.
    4:Is company is liable to charge for servies which are not working at all?
    5:Can something be done to stop these companies from giving wrong information

    Angry Nokia Mobile Issue...

    Sir, I have purchased a nokia5233 mobile in the month of july, But due to the fault with the battery & charger, I given both the things to the nokia service center in Malviya Nagar to replace that on 2nd of aug, after calling them so many time they have given the charger, But its 3 months now and i havn't got the battery yet, i am so frustrated, cause each and evry time i call them they say me to get in touch with customer care, whn i call customer care they tell me get in touch with the service center. Please help me out sir, i request to you....

    Unhappy tata photon + very slow speed

    my tata photon number is 9212630341
    i was perches on 3 november .that time my speed is very good. 240kbps to 180kbps downloading speed.and also my surfing speed was so fast.but after 5 gb downloading.
    my speed was so slow like 5kps to 1 kps surfing speed is also slow.i dont open any videos on YouTube bcs of slow speed.
    i was complaint many time but no one take any action. i m totally frestaded .plz help me what will i do plz.
    i dont do my work bcz of slow speed.i m so sad.

    I am Sandeep Pandey S/o R.C. Pandey. I have purchased Nokia X6-8GB Handset, IEMI No-3548550432773 on 12 December 2010 from Planet M, 1A, Prahald Market, D.B. Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. After one week of purchasing, keypad lock button has not been working properly. Since then I have shown the handset 4 times to Nokia Care Center (Gole Market &Ashok vihar) but still my problem is not resolved. Now I am seeking to change my Nokia X6-8GB handset as the keypad lock problem is reoccurring again and again even after correction. So you are requested to replace my Handset Nokia X6-8GB at the earliest (10days).

    Post Complaint against i.f.b. Washing machine

    I have purchased IFB Washing Machine on 07.10.2008. It is under Warranty of two years + extended two years warranty.Machine model is AW60-806 my problem is all of the machine parts are repaired one by one like P.C.B., Shoker, Drain valve, Drain pipe, Retactor, Motor, Gear Box, these problem comes in the month of october now again problem comes on due to poor Machine parts the technician changed the parts like Gear Box & P.C.B. Wire and from the next day machine creating a very loud noises which reallY irritating when call to the customer care they said it should be like this only so kindly tell us what to do. It is good if machine is replaced/refund the amount

    Dear Sir/madam

    I Purchased the nokia phone N-8 from nokia showroom on Nov 2010. Due to haeating & software hanging problem, i submitted the phone at nokia care(NRI communication, Lajpat nagar, New Delhi) on 29/01/2011 & they repalced the phone by another one on 07/02/2011/. After that this phone had battery problem continue from day one & repalced battery by nokia care people two times within two months. On 15/06/2011, its was suddenly switch OFF & not getting swicth On. Immediately, i submitted the phone to nokia Care( NRI communication). They told me that there is some software problem & will rectify by reloading the software. They relaoded the software in handset but after that i found handset battery charging is not working. Again handset recieved back by nokia service people(NRI) & told me that they will repair the handset by tomorrow. But after 30 minutes later, i got the call from nokia service(nri) & told me this hand set is not repaireable.I asked about reason but they could not tell me any exact reason they assuming that this may be due to voltage or liquid but they could not shown me any liquid mark/sign inside or outside of phone & due to high voltage charger will damage but my charger is ok. When i submitted this phone to Nokia servcie(NRI) that time there was no charging problem & this problem start after software loading only but they don't want listen anything. Then i called at Nokia care help line no. 080-30303838. They told me if you are not satisfied with this nokia service people then you can contact another service care & provided to me one more nokia care address( Service & communication solution, Kotla Mubarakpur, new delhi). Immediately I went to another Nokia service( servcie & communication solution) & submitted the handset there. They checked the handset & told me that this handset is tampered internally, one screw missing inside & scracthes & now, this phone does covered any warranty. I asked how its happend? They told me that they don't know anything. They did not tell me any liquid or other reason. When i want to NRI care centre that time no tampered, screw missing etc in phone but after that this type of problem found mean this phone damaged by NRI care prople only. After taht I called back again nokia help line 080-30303838 & infromed about the problem. They told me that they are registering my complaint & will revert back me with in 48 hrs. I also send the complaint( ref no. 1-11696881350) through email to nokia customer care & again registered complaint( compalint no. 1-11697322462) through phone on 16/06/2011. But nobody provide any satisafactory answer till date. I called there more than 20 times & sent emails many times. They always sending autogenerated email to me. Then I sent a letter to the name Of Mr. D Shiva Kuamr(MD & VP of Nokai) on 04/07/2011 but no reply received yet. After several reminders, in one email they mentioned that your phone is require high level inspection at Nokia head office & you can deposite your phone at any nokia care & inform us the job sheet no. & address of nokia care centre after that we will check this phone phyiscally at our head office. As per their suggestion, on 11/07/2011 I went to one more Nokia care centre (communication solution, F-26/4, Okhla Ph-2, New Delhi-110020) for submitting the handset. They also checked the handset physically by opening & told me that this hand set is tampered, screw missing & one connector not fitted properly. After that they returned back handset to me without any job sheet. I asked to keep handset & provide me job sheet card but they ignored & told me they can not make any job card or receipt of this handset. I shown him email copy of customer care people for submitting the handset but they ignored & don't want listen anything. In evening, i sent the status of servcie care peopel to Nokia office by email but till date i have not recived reply from them. I tried to contact at Nokia haed office through phone many times but no answer there. Only once I connected with NOKIA HEAD office, Guragaon through phone but no body listen my problem & disconnect phone in between conversation.
    I asked about following queries through email & phone many times but till date no body give answer

    Why this phone had battery problem form day one?
    This phone battery replaced two times within two months but no body tried to check the reason (any charging circuit problem or other reason in phone). Why?
    Why NRI communication told that there was software problem & rectified by reloading the software but after that charging circuit is not working. How this happened?
    When NRI communication received phone that time no tampered/liquid & later told me this due to liquid but no liquid seen there?
    Why another service centre (Service & communication solution) told me this phone is tampered, scratches & screw missing?
    How is the internal screw missing?
    Why different comments of two service centre for same problem & same phone?
    If any phone have manufacturing defect or damaged by service centre people then blame to user only?

    I hope you will least let me know the situation & try to resolve this matter by registering the case through consumer court. if you need any more detail, please let me know.

    Angry complaint for micromax A-60 Mobile

    Dear Sir/madam

    I bought the Micromax phone 22-2-2012 . There was some problem in the phone so I have the Micro Maks 30-3-2012 at the station they told me the head service 5 Minut will be fine. Then I get there, wait 45 Minuts.Then he said, sir, you will get the last call and you call me yesterday but still did not get out.
    When the rhythm till now they are telling me tomorrow.
    And are still speaking I do not know how long the repair sir.

    Please Tell me what I do????
