i'm a consumer who feels robbed for 45000 by airtel with their iphone 3g. i paid 31000 for the phone and 14000 for the repair of screen that broke in 1 month. its been over a month now and there is noone at airtel who can give me any information about my phone, i dont know if i shall go to police or take a legal advice on this. please suggest.
