I Purchased x2i on feb 2010, till now i went to your service centre 4 times due some one another emerging problems, first time for keypad not working,secondly for vibration and sound not working thirdly camera was not working currently its not detecting any network.Even my expenses to reach service centre has exceeded the cost of the mobile.. Currently my mobile is in Maxcom (Thane,Mumbai). These person whenever i call they say 8-10 days we are waiting for company to send the required parts. I have all the documents of raising for warranty.
