respected sir i purchased a handset of samsung on dated-30 april 2010 and the model was c2120b.but gradually after a point of time,mobile handset features n funtions started to stop,approximately after 3 months of time..samsung company provided the features of camera,bluetooth,recording facility.games...all were non functional except the feature to call and disconnect.....then i went to service centre of samsung in sector-8,rohini-12/195,ist floor and after 2 months,the same situation again occurs.....and during the time,when i went to service centre,i met few people who were saying dat this handset.is creation problem again and again becuase of software problem after rectifying the error so many times,they wer also purchased the same set n they wer also saying that they are frustated by regular trend of this set,becomin non-functional after a period of time......so i request you to take appropriate action,because i m working and there is paucity of time and at the same time,i feel that samsung company is violating the norms of conusmerism by providing false products which didnt satisfy and create problems for consumer...so i requset you to look into the matter and must take prompt action as soon as possible.... with regards-puneet shukla
