I have purchased a LG Mobile set model No. LG 6210 on 10’Th of Aug 2010 from “Mobile Point” an authorized dealer of LG Mobile phones in Gandhi nagar, (Ghaziabad) Uttar Pradesh.

The day, on which I purchased this LG mobile handset, I have made my life hell. I am not able to listen the caller voice over the phone since first day. When reported to the dealer, he said that ask the LG service center about this we’ll not do anything now. I want an immediate replacement of this useless mobile set as soon possible. Since this mobile set has made lots of loss about the goodwill of the company that I had earlier also, this mobile set is making lots of personal loss in terms of communication i.e. personal & professional.

Your immediate attention is highly required to resolve this issue otherwise, I’ll be bound to move to the court and up to an apex court and I’ll really mean it.

Please help.

Although I have made number of complaints over your customer portal on the web, but nothing seems working for LG Customer care people.
