i am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have recently purchased the above-noted set in the month of april this year which is infested with certain technical problems.The phone had battery back up problem and it was remaining hot everytime. so i went to nokia care at mohali scf-70, phase-7. i was informed that my handset is going to be sent to noida for repair. after seven days i contacted with service centre and i was informed that my handset is going to be replaced. i submitted the handset on 30th sept,2010. but still i havnt received the handset.since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price,

i expect full value for my money and expect Nokia to replace the set at the earliest.
