i have nokia n76 black colour.Its body attached with hinge is broken from last two months.when i went to nokia care last month they said that they donot have black colour part and red colour part is available which will cost rs.2500.i said with red and black colour body expensive handset will look like a toy.they said you can replace the whole body for red colour which will cost around rs.7000 and in future also black colour will not be available.i replied him that i am ready to pay only for one part which is broken andyou have to replace whole body with red otherwise replace my handset.they told me that they will tell me the solution in 2 days.i regularly call their manger and he tells me to wait for 2 days.this game is going on from last one month.Sometimes he even don't attend my call.
Nokia knows that this handset body is faulty.Because in warranty i have replaced my body twice for peeling off of colour and cosmetic plating otherwise nokia or any other company never replaces body due to peeling off of colour. That is manufacturing defect they claims.
Now what should i do to get replacement of body or handset please tell me .my handset is broken from last two months and i can't use it.
