I have purchased samsung s3310 and it was working well for approx 2 month. after two month approx i was unable to listen in comming call and audio video was not working then i give in service center ADITYA INFOCOM PVT LTD. They told that there is issue in board. it will be refund or replace and they will confirmed after ten days that it will be refund or replace. after ten days i call Mr. Harjeet singh (store manager) he replyed it will be delayed for a week. after that i have call two time but according to him he has not get approval from company. I have given the mobile in service centre on 26/09/10. and work order no is-- AP001304. mobile no- 9818345220. please do the needful
