Sir,

I have submited my Motolora phone E6 Rokr to the Motorola service center (Khurana Brothers, R51, Ist Floor, Main Vikas Marg, Near Manglam Bldg, Delhi, 110092, India, Tel: 011 32438632, Email: service_vikasmarg@in.com.) to get my phone repaired. The problem with my phnoe is it is not able to start with my battery and not able to change rest all is okey with it. I have submitted my phone to the service center and they are able to start to phone with thier battery and checked that rest all is okey except the charging problem.

But now when I have collected my phone through them they mt phones touch screen is not working and they are saying that this problem persist earlier also allthough While submiting the phone no such problem is thier. Now I wanted the justice regarding this ;They have mishandled my phone and spoil my phones touch screen. So please tell me what should I do to get the justice regarding this problem.
