1st Problem
Problem Occurred In Starting
I had purchased a new Nokia N97 mini on 02/05/2010 from authorised dealer of nokia in Delhi. From that date till today m being highly disappointed by them. I already went four times to Service center but still the problem persists always . The Service Center guys always update the software , it doesnt helps at all just after upading a new problem automatically arises.
Damaged Occurred
Till now many times i had lost my important data and lots of problem are still coming. Highly frustated with this handset.
What Relief i Got from Them

After lot of economic and mental harrasment my cell Nokia N 97 Mini was replaced by company in 20 days, But in starting they told to wait only for 5 days.
Yesterday on 15/10/2010 i got new handset from Service Center ie MAA Comm in East Delhi and since yesterday I am facing a problem that answer phone keypad is not working. Well they took 20 days for replacing my handset and that too they had provided me a faulty handset. I had submitted White color handset and after Submitting I got a call after 7 days , that your handset is being replaced but in black color with a reason that only black colour stock is available in market, on insisting and demanding white colour handset they arranged white colour handset (after 20 days).
But my Issue is Simple and Clear, that If I have bought a Brand New Product from Nokia, I don't expect to get a defected handset. I have not paid approx Rs 20.000/- to get a Product with faulty components and then I have to run to the Nokia Service Center daily for follow-up, this is harassment. This is not the way NOKIA treats its customers.
I called again to Service center on 16/05/2010, discussed the problem with them and the executive very easily said to visit again to service center to get product inspected. The services provided by Maa Comm is Pathetic. I have paid the money for a Brand New Product and I ought to get a Brand New perfectly working Nokia N97 mini.
Consequences.
Every time I need to call Nokia Office to Ms Jyoti (+911169417196) for my status . I have wasted a lot of money on phone calls to know update of my complaint. The Service center exceutives are horrible.
I had visited many times to Service center and waited there in long queues for my turn. For all this i need to take off from my office every time and has to get my salary deducted from office. My precious time and hard money is being wasted due to this handset. Its all being considered as mental and economic harrasment.
What I want this Time from Nokia India :
Well this time i need my whole hard earned money back with compensation for monitory and economic
loss that i got from them .
