    I Shekhar Singhal had handsfree profile problem with your model Q5fb. I'd purchased the phone on 14 March 2010. The problem started in September & I gave it for repairs on 23 Sep 2010 to your service centre mentioned below:

    The service centre executive said that they have sent the phone to Delhi & they don't know what is the status of the phone or when the are likely to receive it back. They gave me a no. 01244811000 to call & get the status of the phone. When I called on this no. I'm not able to speak to the customer care executive to get details of the phone. I also wrote regarding my complaint to their email info@micromaxinfo.com on 10 Oct 2010 but till now I have not received any reply. Kindly assist.

    Default Bad service in micromax mobile

    i have purchse a micromax mobile MODEL nO. GC-360 till first day charging problem facing when i go to service centre they say that charging adopter problem and adopter not cover in warrente and they charge Rs. 300 for that i pay it, after a month the speaker promble i go to service center they say part is not available for that time after a weak part will arrange, last five weak i went to service centre they could not change my speaker kindly see the matter and change the spaker as soon as possiable
