    Cool Samsung service center no co operating from last 3.5 months

    My new samsung corby mobile submitted in the service centre beore 3.5 months.which is under warranty.
    At first sight they told me water loged is there need to change touch panel I said ok paid 1000 rs for that still tje screen fluctuation problem is countinuing so I refuce to take that moble they said need to change the mother board of mobile,
    I was agreed to change the mother board but from last two monthe they are making me fool that the this type of mother board is not available at our supplier i.e at the company end .
    Now I m inthe condition to lauch the complaint against them in the consumer court as well as police station.It is against the samsumg as well as that service centre guy.

    Is there anyone who can help me out in this situation regard.

    I submit my mobile samsung 3310 Metro on 23/7/10 it was off on that time and they people cheak that sir their was pba fault in your moble so it will take 15 to 20days to repair i said ok after 20 days i take follow up then they peole said still now pba is not come from out side asap we will repair it and we will make u a call again after 10 days they peole said same and they misguide me that we will doing our best asap we willgive u ur phone after 39 days they gave me the phone and in night again same problum happened and soon my phone goes off next day 3/9/10 i submit my phone they said sir may be some problum now come in lcd so u do one thing submit it nd with in a week vikash the person assuring me that i will take it persnaly nd repair it asap still now they all staff make silly promise to me still now i do not my phone ( RACHNA WHO ALSO NOT MAKE IT SOLVE -9312401144 )

    Realy this was the last my last time in future i will not purchase any Samsung mobile

    i would like to pay u attention Please cheake my phone st ates nd get me reply asap

    Dear peoples

    I have purchased a samsung cell phone 1 month back and i found that it there is default battery in that phone.

    I Had gone to vashi services and asked them to replace it.

    Now its almost 15 days from now and they are neither receiving any calls.

    nor in know where they r located.

    I had complained to customer care also.

    But still very poor response.

    Please arrange for something.

    Or strict actino will be taken against you people.

    Cozi see that only I am not in problem.

    There are many peoples around who have been fooled like me

    Dear Sir,
    Sir my Samsung handset model. S-3310 submitted 4 times in service centre but my mob. not not giving battery i submitted my mob. 4 times with the problem of bad battery backup but my mob. not giving battery backup when fourth time my mob. submitted to service centre they told me that the parts of this mob. were not coming so wait for 25 days in 25 days if the parts came so we will prepare your mobile or when parts not came so company return your full mobile money.at 5 times they submitted my mobile. with the problem of battery backup so please solve this problem earlier.

    And i was going to complain in police station or going to case u with in two days.

    Default Worst service center is VASHI service center in MUmbai

    I have never seen such worst service center in my life , one of the worst .
    only for software loading they are taking more than 20 days and even when we contacted to them not picking up phone .

    so either dont bye any samsung phone or if you already traped then dont go to authorized service center

    Thumbs down Please never buy samsung products - worst customer care

    Never buy a samsung products. They have a worst customer care. I bought a samsung refrigrator few months ago. In this small span only the freeger door got broken twice. I raised a complain with samsung and each time just common things "please verify address" and sir what is problem and we will inform the service centre to immediately to rectify the isssue. But 2 months have gone no correction yet.
    So my suggestion to all please never buy samsung products.

    I have purchase one samsung max mobile handset from R.M.Drugs ( 19/8, Kalyan Das Jain Marg, Loha Mandi, Agra)
    through bill no.7114 dt.09/03/09.

    I faced the problem of set dead (Mobile not on ) in the month of Feb'10 and deposit the handset to M/s Electronic People,lawyer colony, Agra (Service center) for reparing purpose as on 03/03/10.

    After approx 15 days service center confirmed that the handset is not reparied and company will pay the bill amount as refund of handset and give the no. 9759600192 of Mr. Shekhar for refund corresspond. Till date i approx 25 time call mr. shekhar but every time he will give the 7 to 10 days time.

    Please do the needful to resolve my problem

    Angry poor service

    Its really embarassing to mail u second time for the service complain of my samsung mobile. Till yet no actoin has been taken.
    I had purchased samsung3010 on 08/03/2010.It has the problem of internet and downloading from begining.I had thrice given it for servicing at mumbai goregoan service centre but still it is not repaired. I had recently give it for same problem on19/10/10.They told me 1weekntime but still it is not done.I am very disappointed with the services. SAYEDIBRAHIM 9768997410

    I HAVE GIVEN MY SGH F 270 MOBILE FOR SERVICE ON 18-09-2010 AT YOUR SERVICE CENTER DIGITAL WAVES NO.6, 2ND MAIN ROAD CIT COLONY, MYLAPORE CHENNAI 600004. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM EVERY WEEK AND I WAS GETTING THE SAME ANSWER OF CONTACT THEM IN THE NEXT WEEK. I HAVE BEEN ASSURED BY ONE MR SATHEESH ON 25TH OCT THAT THE PHONE WILL BE READY BY 1ST OF NOV. WHEN I CONTACTED HE EEN REFUSED TO COME ON LINE SAYING THAT HE IS BUSY WITH THE WORK AND THE PERSON ATTENED THE CALL RESPONDED INA VERY RUDE WAY AND ASKED ME TO CHECK EVERY WEEK TO KNOW THE STATUS AND THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING MORE THAN THAT. MORE THAN SIX WEEKS OVER AFTER I HAVE GIVEN THE PHONE FOR SERVICE AND I AM SURE THAT A COMPANY OF YOUR REPUTATION WILL NOT TAKE THAT MUCH TIME TO SERVICE THE PROBLEMS. I LIKE TO SEE THAT MY PHOEN IS SERVICED AT THE EARLIEST AND ALSO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE BEHAVING LITTLE MORE DECENTLY TO THE CUSTOMERS. MY WORK ORDER NO IS 13898

    I have never seen such worst service center in my life , one of the worst .
    I gave my mobile to replcement on 10-08-10 but still not get my mobile.
    also when i call they not receive. when i go to at service center they told tomorrow tomorrow.

    Thumbs down Poor Samsung after sales sevice

    Hi,

    My Samsung Mobile(GT-B5310) went dead within the first 4 months of purchase.

    I submitted the cell to Ameerpet, Hyderabad service centre for repair and I was told that it would be given back to me within the week.

    Since then I've kept calling those guys and they repeatedly postpone the date with some lame excuses.

    Samsung has indeed a poor service. There is no Customer feedback and Customer Satisfaction seems to be elusive to this company.

    It has been 2 months and there is no sign that I may receive my cell back.

    I have bought a samsung cell 3210 (IMEI_359658030566436) on 19/06/2010 .since purchasing i am suffering auto off problem ,i have get repaired two times from service centre located at dr. ambedkar nagar, Delhi , but still problem is not being Resolved . i want my money back right now .coz i dont have much time to again and again .

    Question Complaint Against Samsung Service Center

    Sir/Madam

    I Mr. Sumanta Kumar Sen of Barabati, Motiganj, Balasore Orissa desire to lodge a complaint against your SAMSUNG SERVICE on the following ground:

    That I have purchased a samsung mobile bearing MODEL NUMBER: GT - S5350, IMEI NUMBER: 358664/03/045013/5 and S/N: RWBZ325782H from yours dealer M/S MAYUR ELECTRONICS Cinema Bazar Balasore Orissa vide BILL NUMBER: 825 Dated:16/04/2010.

    The speaker of the said mobile is not working properly and I went to your samsung mobile service center at Balasore near Ashish Plaza Orissa on 15/11/2010, they kept my mobile and informed me that the speaker will be replaced and you come on 17/11/2010. When I met them on 17/11/2010 they told me that the speaker is not in stock it will be replaced when it will come. I asked them when it will come and they told me that we cannot say. When I asked them that I purchased this mobile worth Rs 6800 then how long I can wait without mobile. They replied misbehavely and told me you go from here.

    Thereafter I informed the matter to the Samsung customer care and they told me to inform the matter to the mobile technical support and I informed them. They replied that you talk to Mr. Prasenjit Bose who is in the charge of Orissa state and gave me the mobile number of Mr. Prasenjit Bose ( 9238865400 ) when I contact in this number they replied it is a wrong number.

    Again I contact to the samsung mobile technical support and they replied me to contact the manager of the service center of Balasore in this mobile number ( 9937089107 ). When I contact the manager then he told that he is on leave. Then I went to your balasore service centre to give a written complaint in this regards and they didnot accept my complaint and told that there is no such provisions. I asked them the worksheet number and they directly denied to provide me the work sheet number. Then again I contact to your samsung mobile technical support and they told me that during the warranty period they will replace the defective parts of the mobile and if the parts are not available then only the mobile set can be replaced, and after getting this information again I went to the samsung service centre of balasore and asked them that if parts are not available then there is a provision of replacement of the mobile set so you can please replace it. They told me that there is no such provisions you go and do whatever you like.

    Being helpless I brought this matter to your knowledge with a hope to get justice.

    So I kindly request you to take necessary actions to solve the matter at an earliest because at present I am having no mobile.
