    Unhappy poor service & missplace my mobile phone by service centre

    dear sir/mam
    I have purchased Samsung Handset SCH-F339/A00000IDA25D2B from Jasmine mobile Alkapuri, Vadodara dated 12.02.10 One Month back i had a Touch Panel problem in my mobile. I have given the mobile to the Authorised service center SAI COMMUNICATION on 19th August 2010. They have told the replace the touch panel and delivery in two days. Till now i have not received my mobile. Today i went the service center, the are not giving proper response but the are telling the same old story we will delivery in two days.but now they ask me for imei no. & bill also because my phone was misplaced by service centre.
    Please i request you to take immediate action on the service center

    Default Compliant of Samsung service centre(QWIK SERVICES) Jammu (J&K)

    my handset B5310 under warranty have some problem in key pad

    I visited your service center in Jammu(qwik service centre) for a solution to my problem.They said that the problem was in the Broad faulty and they took my order on 16-8-10.
    after about 10 days i called them, they said that they had changed my board but IMEI reading is pending on 27-8-10.
    they told me to collect my handset on 28-8-10 i went there for collecting my handset but till date handset is not ready

    i visited your service centre many but every time false excuse(like one day they said that handset is ready but its locked in locker and the key of locker is with one of employee,he is on leave you can take your handset tommorrow)

    so i facing lot of inconvience due to there non professional behaviour.

    i request you to look into matter otherwise in two days i will move to consumer court for some action.

    Default poor service provided by service centre

    dear sir/mam
    I have purchased Samsung Handset samsung corby pop GTC-3510,serial no.*358650/03/112638/6*from dated 19.07.10 .Within 15 days the battery got deuse. I have given the mobile to the Authorised service center T&L COMMUNICTION B-5A,FIRST FLOOR KANTI NAGAR NEW DELHI, on 3rd August 2010. They have told the replace the warranty and delivery in 7 days. Till now i have not received my warranty. Today i went the service center, the are not giving proper response but the are telling the same old story we will delivery in two days.

    I buy 1 samsung corby before 7 month. before 20 days my samsung corby batery dead when i went to service centre they told me batery warrenty is only 6 month so i buy new batery that batery also dead after 10 days now when i went for batery change he is saying batery in not available on service centre you come after few day and i went there so many times but always they are saying batery in not available still. this incident of Laxmi Nagar Branch New Delhi.

    Dear sir,
    this is lokesh sachdeva from chd.. I have given the phone to your service center( a.m. Services..authorised service center samsung india electronics pvt.ltd cabin-2 first floorr sco=1034-35 sector =22-b chandigarh) on dated 2nd august2010..on dated they comited me to phone give me in a week till dated 20sept2010 i have not recieved my phone and when i called your service center they called me with in this week your phone will be fine but almost 2 months r going to give my phone but my phone is not recieved..if my phone not recieved with in 2-3 days i will complaint against your service center to consumer court and also when i called your service center they dissconnected my call ...or your service center will call me... Pls do the needful with me.

    Unhappy Bad After Sale Support

    Hi . i had bought Samsung Corby PLus mobile 3 months back....and now it nt working fine..
    getting problem in charging point and its not getting charged now.
    I submitted my set at Samsung service centre and after two days they called me that we need to change its PCB, please take backup of ur mobile.
    and its 1 month past now and still they dont have the PCB so that they can change it.
    Its such a hell creating lot of problems for me..
    Such a bad support from Samsung , i never expected.

    Angry Complain on samsung refrigerator

    I lodged my complaint on Saturday 25th Sep, 2010 for my refrigerator with complain number 8417296335. However no call was made by the service center till 26th Sep 2010. i got a call on 27th saying that the engineer will resolve the issue today. however no visit was made by any engineer. on 28th one engineer Mr Harsh came to visit and told taht there is gas leackage problem so another engineer will resolve the issue by evening. however till 06:00 PM no one came and when i contacted the service center then they said gas engineer is on leave and so the problem will be resolved by 29th.

    If this is the kind of support samsung is giving to their customer then we are helpless.

    Question Hopeless servie by SAMSUNG MOBILE

    I bought a samsung mobile, model SGH-F270 on 10-11-09 from Satyam mobile, Sadar Bazar, Sirsa (Haryana). The battery life of the mobile right from the very beginning was hardly for one day against the company's advertisement of 350 hrs. The matter was reported to the dealer immediately. He told us that its software is faulty. But the problem persisted after reloading the software by the dealer (through local service centre). The matter was again reported repeatedly but without any proper response from the dealer. Then we contacted the service centre directly many times but without any solution. In fact the person at the service centre has told us that this is a regular complaint with this model. Perhaps the model itself is faulty and the company has done away with the model. During all this time is being wasted and the service centre now talks in terms of expiry of warranty period. The matter was reported to the internet complaint centre but without ant any response. Under these circumstances I am highly disturbed by the response shown by the dealer, service center and the the internet complaint center. The legal process is cumbersome and harassing. Is this the fate of an ordinary consumer of India? If you people can actually do something then please help me so that I can retain faith in the system.

    Sir maine abhi kuch mahine pahle hi ek samsung mobile kharida tha magar kuch mahine baad hi uske chargin jack mei problem aa gai . Wo phone ko charge hi nahi kar raha hai.     Hi

    My name is ranchhod prajapati. I have purchased Samsung SCH-F219 mobile before six months and my phone is still in warranty period. Few day ago my phone having problem that it does not charge. Phone having another issue also that FM is not working. I submitted my phone to Ahmadabad customer care at below address

    When i submitted the phone i told them two issue
    1)Phone is not charging
    2) FM is not working (Play button is not working)

    they told me, it takes 7-10 days and need to change motherboard and circuit. Also there is chance to data loss. I am ready for this and i have submitted my phone on same day. I called right after six days and they told me that phone is OK. I received my phone and when i checked my phone, i found that they have only change my battery. They have not even touch my mobile or not checking what is the issue. I dont have another device so i have not resubmitted my device. After week i again go there and told them that FM is not working. they told me that we have only complain regarding charging. Looks like they are not listening or submitting complain properly. Now they told me submit device and it will take again 7-10 days.

    My device is CDMA and i dont have any other devices. how can i submitt device till 10 days two times in month. This is not acceptable that everytime i wait 10 days. I am not happy with there services.

    If customer first time comes and if they dont repair phone proper, on second time should not they have to priority first and repair as early???
