    Default missbehaviour of service center's staff

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I brought samsung-GT-S5233S mobile phone on 11/12/09from hot spot center vasundhra sector 12.gzb.(u.p.)201012.by paying Rs. 8100 It is touch screen.phone
    One year warranty is provided.

    recently phone got Bluetooth problem. It wasn’t switching on . I visited to the Samsung service center.after the inspection the manger(suryakant shaswat) asked me to there is mother board prblm leave the cell for a week . I thought Bluetooth is not a important application I will submit it in free time. After few days my cell was getting hang and after sometime its touch screen stop working I went to the service center there was another person and he told me that there is water logging problem in cell . I told him that I never dropped my cell in water or rain than how its possible and few days ago I have a visit and had a conversation with the manager but he refused me than I took my cell back and went next day both person was there . and the manger mr. Suryakant shashwata start inspecting the cell and he told me that my cell warranty has void due to water logging problem I told to mr suryakant if this is the problem why you don’t tll me about it in our previous meeting and he got angry and misbehaved with me .he told me that he is not sitting for us(customer)and asking me for the money. I got shocked and asked money for what than he answered me for inspecting the cell and refused to give cell without charge. I left the cell at service center without any receipt and come back to home . I called the cust.Care and told them all thing about the incident they give me the cell no of (area sales manger of UP). I contected to that person than he asked me to go to the service center and made a conversation with them after having the conversation with him the service ceter manger(suryakant shashwat). Give my cell back to me and make my warranty void in his data computer. Now I have no option my cell still not working . without any my fault I have to pay . I have purchased the cell by collecting money one by one. I tried to contact Samsung cust.care they told they will contact me till last Tuesday and short out my problem but still waiting for reward.. now please tell me what I should to do

    Key pad is not working properly
    i submit the complaint in your service center in NIT Faridabad
    when we open my moblie & rubbed the key pad
    its working properly sometime
    then i go to in Sec - 16 faridabad's Service center
    but your service center not open on time
    last three days Mr. Sahil Bhutani not present on time
    Samsung moblie have low image due to Mr Bhutani

    Angry Samsung B520 working not properly

    My self rakesh singhal ,purchased samsung B520 imei no. 355326026283457 on 28 august 2009 since then it is not working properly , your service centre located in parparganj delhi-92 had provided me service but failed to resolve my complaint properly even they service it 4 times in 11 months,today i go there again now they said your battery has to be replaced n its software is also failed.............it is very sad to say that being such a big company ,me and my friends also facing the some type of problem for samsung mobile

    plz i requested do something at your earliest..........!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Default Warrenty clarification for motherboard

    Hi,

    i have bought a samsung star handset and its main mother board needs to be changed. I gave the mobile on 24 july and they tuk 7 days jus to tell me that there is an issue with mother board.he says he will take 15 days for getting it repaired. Again he calls and says that mother board doesnt get coverd under warrenty.
    Please help me in this respect. i just gt the mobile in Feb.

    Angry Complaint for samsung mobile's service and service centre

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I brought E 2120 B mobile phone on 26/03/2010 from KARIA & CO., 495, Chaddha Bldg., Shop no.2,opp. Edward Cinema Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai-2 by paying Rs. 2500.
    One year warranty was provided.

    on 24th of may, my mobile phone got switched off(automatically). it was not starting up also. so, on 25th i gave it to SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER(pooja mobile service, b-block 16/7, near veg. market, lal mandir, pimpri, pune-411017). because i'm leaving in pune right now. the man there called me again on 5th of june. that day he said me that they are unable to cure my mobile's problem. they called me again after 15 days, saying that they are sending my mob. to main centre. when i went there on 21th of june they said they cant do anything and asked me to collect a new mobile on 1st of aug.

    Yesterday I went to collect my handset from Pooja Service center. There responce was same as before. they are asking for some more days. No proper response and support given by manager and service center people. I don't know what they did with mobile.Now mobile with service center only. i'm unknown with what are they doing. my mob. is with them from more than 2 months.

    Is this the way you respond to your coustomers. if possible please send my money back. so that i can buy a new mob. of any other good company.

    Default Poor service

    The service given at Samsung Service center Kolhapur(M/s Prathmesh Electronics,Kolhapur) i s very very poor.
    I think comapny should take away their franchisee.They keep cells with themselves for more than a week & then they tell the problem to the cell. Very pooooooooooor & bad service. Councellors are very much arrogant. I think they are not well trained.

    We purchased a 42" Samsung Plasma TV 2 1/2 years ago. The other day I turned on the TV and it sounded like there were fireworks in my house. The TV sounds like it is clicking on then turning off right away, without a picture showing up. After doing research and seeing that 65,000 other people have had the same problem and complained on the same website, I called Samsung to see why everyone is having the same problem. They suggested we call a local TV repair company and would do nothing about it. Even though it sounds like an issue with quality of products and 65,000 others are having the same issue in less than 3 years. After this cost of $300 on top of the $1,400 that we paid for the TV, I highly recommend NOT buying a Samsung. The customer service rep was extremely rude! I have TV's that have lasted 10+ years and feel this was made with extremely poor quality.

    Dear Sir,
    This is for your kind information. I have purchased Samsung mobile in last year Oct 2009. There are 3 month left for my warranty expiration. My cell was getting hang. Samsung customer care people says there may be charging connector problem. As per their saying the connector not come under warranty and I have to first replace from outside. Then we will try to update software.


    But till the date they are just wasting my time and not taking any positive steps for this. Being a reputed brand who take care customer privileges as first priority, I request you to please take appropriate action. So that being a customer my faith on Samsung remain continue in future.

    Respected Sir,
    I have bought a new samsung B 559 On:25-5-2010, it got problems in one month . There was an autokey working problem therefore i submitted my cell On:17-7-2010 to thier service center(janakpuri district center) . They told me motherboard problem promised me to give me in 15 days, but till now i have not received any response from their side, i had gone after 16 days. They again said me 7 more days you will have to wait ,when i tried to contact again they said comeback after 10 more days. During the process they never attended my call poperly. Help me ! i need it urgent. And im not satisfied with the services. So please help me get my mobile back as soon as possible.

    Default Battery problem

    Respected sir,
    My mobile is not working propely.whenever i want to charge my mobile and i connect charger to it ,after few second it is showing battery is fully charged or over temperature and after disconnecting charger mobile et switched off immediately.please suggest me solution or nearby samsung mobile service center.I'm living in katraj,pune-46.

    i m the end user of ur company and i found that ur company(samsung) had a very bad service offered by
    the representatives of the company in the service center and they do not talk properly and keep us waiting for long hours they behave as if they are the king
    i would like to suggest u people that if u cant manufacture a good product than plz dont try to fool innocent people

    the representative of samsung galary(dadar) specially mr.krishna do not hav manners and the do not provide gud service.they keep us waiting for long hours and at the end gives no result .once submitted mobile is not returned on time it is really very frustating
    I would like to give an advice that if u people can't manufacture a good prouct that plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz do not fool innocent people

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I have purchased Samsung Handset C 3212 357371030502169 from Univercell Dickenson Road Bangalore dated 03 January 2010. Ten days back i had a speaker problem in my mobile. I have given the mobile to the Authorised service center Cell Solution in Domulur Bangalore on 20th August 2010. Sl' No RWHSC942702. They have told the replace the speaker and delivery in two days. Till now i have not received my mobile. Today i went the service center, the are not giving proper response but the are telling the same old story we will delivery in two days.
    Please i request you to take immediate action on the service center

    but my mobile is not repair and 2day is date 1/09/2010
    and also not pickup 2 my ph
