    Respected sir,

    I have a samsung mobile model no. S 3500. I purchased it 6th august, 09 my mobile phone headsfree is totally fail still 1 month & i have 6 months warranty period if its fail then replace it but 3 times i gone for replace it but they are avoid me. They tell me that we have no stock you will come after 4 days otherwise first you call & then come. when i call the service centre incharge not receiving & if i go there they give me another mobile phone headsfree. If i am tell him something he was angry. Please sir solve this problem.

    Default Samsung Corby

    Hi I purchased recently Samsung corby at 8300 and I paid 200 towards insurance also for 1 year. While purchasing the mobile i didnt observe a small scratch on the bottom of the mobile which comes on the panel. Its 25 days i purchased the mobile. The scratch has become breakage now.A small piece has come out from the bottom of the panel and when I approached the showroom where i purchased, they said it is not covered under insurance and advised me to approach Samsung Service centre. When I approached Samsung service centre, they first told me that, If I had come in the first week for the same problem, they would have exchanged the mobile itself. As it is 25 days, they were not agreeing to cover under warranty and they told that 2000/- will be charged for changing the panel. In this regard, I would like to take this issue to the higher authorities of Samsung and get it resolved, as it is a manufacturing defect and they claim it as physical damage. Please help me in this regard.

    Default Repairing of Samsung Mobile Handset.

    Respected Sir,

    I have purchased one SAMSUNG Phone on 13.06.2009 , costing Rs. 9990 from M/s. e-Zone , City Centre , Mumbai Central vide Cash Memo No. T3/2318. After about 03 months, it stated giving problems and finally on 28.09.2009 it became completely dead. I deposited this piece for repair on 29.09.2009 to M/s. MASTERCARE SERVICES , SHOP NO. 6, Anandji Laddha Bldg. Lalbaug (E), Mumbai --400012. Their work order No. MCL 604 Dated 29.09.2009. Since then my instrumrnt is with them. I have enquird with them several time but no positive reply has been receive till date.

    I lodged a complaint to Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd and they allotted Transaction no. 2003595501. But after a lapse of 02 months, they did not do anything. I have contacted service centre and other officials several times but no response. The Details of instrument are as under:

    Unhappy Message storage problem

    I have bought a S5603 touch phone.

    The main problem i am facing is limited message storage. we are not able to configure the memeory card for incoming messages.So finally we can store just 200 messages only in the phone memory.

    For the rate of this mobile, this level of under performance is very worst.

    How this is not at all thought by SAMSUNG ..we dont know !!!!!

    Thumbs down Don't purchage Samsung Mobile.

    Don't go for purchase any new mobile from Samsung. They have very poor quality as well as very poor services in India. As per my and my friends experience more than 50% new branded mobiles are failed during the first 6 months. After come back from service center mobiles are not usable. So finally my suggestion is you guys need to ignore the samsung brand any prefer to others.

    i bought a samsung J150 aroiund 6 months ago and it is creating problem of automatic on/off, and samsung service centre located at khandari (agra, UP) is unable to repair my phone....
    so, i want to take an action against them, so they can replace my phone..

    Dear Concern,

    I would like to let you know that I am an MBA with Ghaziabad & presently working with HDFC. From my schooling to MBA & from MBA to till date I am a great FAN of Samsung. Even though I fight with various people on this issue; I can't listen any single word against your company but perhaps I will have to change my opinion now........... I used almost all your elite models & only to stop the mouth of others this time I purchased a cheap Samsung mobile model for myself but I am now forced to change my long built opinion about the good quality of your products.

    My mobile got various errors & defects even after just two months from my purchase. I called up on your mentioned no. in your papers found the no. has been changed then I mailed twice but no revert at all. I was surprised even after knowing later that your mail id. mentioned was also wrong. Now the last option I am trying with this expectation that you will serve me in a great manner as I expect so that everybody will see the difference. SINCE I WANT TO STOP THE MOUTH OF ALL; who speaks against your service & quality.

    sir,
    i bought very popular samsung BEAT 450 mobile phone last year,now it has got so many problems i cant explain here,to be specific its camera (very good 1) is not even opening saying"general system error".though its warranty period is over,i wanted to get it correct,so i asked service centre in kurukshetra to help me abt it,they asked me to leave the phone saying they ll check the phone and let u know whether its camera will be ok or not.As expected they said tht it cant be corrected easily u need to submit the phone nd they ll send it to DElhi,but when i showed my phne in karnal(afterwards)they said tht its motherboard has been changed.i was totally shocked.then i checked its imei no its was not original.
    it means tht kurukshetra service centre(BANSAL comm. near GEETA dwaar) has done it to me. wat should i do now.should i fire a FIR .but let mw know wat is this this is how u treat ur customers .IS this is wat u call a customer service centre???
    plzzz let me know wat should i do now????

    Dear Mr. Raju,

    They are the worst serivice providers , the same case is here in New Delhi.
    I had bought SCH B-519 on 01.01.2010 few days later I found that its battery back up is poor, noise and missing calls showing wrong.
    I contacted on Jan 19, 2010 to Service Centre loacted at Kiriti Nagar they asked me to replace battery after 10-10 days I received a call and they were ready to chanage, when I crossed checked I found that they are replacing batter with 800mAh instead of 1000mAh. When i contacted Ser Center Mangaer Mr. Majeet he told that there is no problem with this battery and comptaible with ur handset. .

    I did not accept that, and contacted to Mr. Abdul Ansari i Samsung Servc Head Delh on Mb No.9971114863 .I was surprised to hear that the Samsung Servc Head Delhi is speaking the same tone.

    Now I have deposited my mobile to Samsung's Own Service center in Kalkaji , Nehru Enclave , Nehru Plcae.
    Problem is that no body pick up the phone 011-40641234

    Angry bad service of samsung

    Dear sir/madam
    I brought a samsung i8910 mobile phone on 05/11/2009 from Dev Electronics, Samad Road, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh by paying Rs. 28000.
    One year warranty was provided.

    Recently phone got a problem. Some applications was not properly opened but phone was in working mod.I take service to NEWLIFE SERVICE JUNCTION, samsung exclusive service centre, Subhash Road,Aligarh on 21/01/2010.On 22/01/2010 they told me that my phone is ded and advice me came after one month.On this i call Mr.Veenet whose mobile no. was on care display 09717011665. Mr.veenet told me that my mobile will be O.K. within 05 days.But today after 20 days there is no responce by samsung mobile company.
    I am not satisfied and paying 28,000 Rs, i am without phone.If there is no response within 03 days,i make a complain against your company and local care in local police station and also consumer court.

    Hello Shailesh,

    Send a written notice to the CMD of Samsung via registered post, attach all the photocopy of job sheet and the purchase bill and ask them for the refund with 12% interest + damages within the mentioned time in the Notice.

    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.

    Revert us back after the mentioned time.

    Angry unsatisfactory repair of samsung mob

    I have repaired my samsung mob model B220 Serial No RW45245787M IMEI/SRS No 356015020210850 purchase from Hot Spot Shop, G-1, Manish Abhinav Plaza, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi vide invoice No 705482880 dated 11 Apr 2009 twice from Service cantre, Nehru Palace, New Delhi since last 15 days. The last tijme the mob was deposited the service centre on 03 Feb 10 and returned by the service centre on 10 Feb 10. After collection of the mob from the service centre the mob again off due HDD is not working properly and mother board the mob is required immediately. To approach the service centre frequently is not possible for me. Hence it is my humble submission my mob to replaced by the new one since the under warranty period. t

    Myself Subhajit Ghosh, I am a user of SAMSUNG mobile, I have three of them & it’s been quiet long I am using these mobiles, but the fact is this I bought two new mobile few months ago & they are giving me too much trouble to handle with, Model –B319, box pack--- A000001D0BD00A, bought on 6th Nov 2009, in this short span of time I have already replaced once my headset now again its not working so whenever I go to Service centre there behavior is too much annoying, they don’t have neither parts nor accessories if a replacement is required, My battery is also dieing out as fast as it can, this sort of problems doesn’t happened in my Nokia phone using for more then 3 years & the parts are still intact & working like a new one. I brought Samsung with a hope that it should give me service not better then Nokia but at least equivalent of it, but it failed to do that, the service centre are too bad, always refusing the customer with various excuses, the most annoying one’s address is given below:

    They kept my mobile when I said battery is dieing quickly, after studing it for 2 days now they are saying there is no problem in.
