    well every samsung service tries to do same thing,,,wenever we give them the phone,,,they say water is looged,,, i knew this earlier,,so wen i gave them the phone i asked them to check physical condition in front of me,,,,they checked and said that water is cloged,,,wen i asked them how they knew it they said ,,,they knew it,, i presed on themm,,,,,they said that,,, coper inside had got its oxide coating,,,,so they knew it,,,,,well when i said that i was too an engineer,,and i asked them that if u show such a thing hapening within a span of one day(time betwenn ma phone getinmg damaged and time of complaint to them),,,they said they will check it,,,they made many reasons but i oposed it,,,,finaly they said there wasnt any water in it,,

    Default poor service

    I had purchased samsung star 3g phone from kolhapur before 2 months. initally it was having problem with its body. the letter cover provided by company was not fixing. so i gave that too service centre guys they fixed it. letter i noticed that they had broked that cover and they had just glued it and gave it back.which was so perfectly done that no one can notice. then i got back to those guys and told them to replace as my cell is in warranty. they are telling that nothing has been done from there side. and i have damaged it myself. my cell is not even having a single scratch.it is in new condition. i am having original bills and everything.when i told them i will go to consumer forum they told me "do whatever u want , we dont care" .please help me out. i want to teach them a lesson
    the service centre is in pitali ganpati , kolhapur . please do something . thanks

    Default poor service

    my mobile model samsung F-270,few days ago the display automatic turned into white.Then i go to the service center near by me.I submit my mobile Date-10/10/2009.The service advisor told me to come 15/10/09.When i come that date they told me to come 19/10/2009 and conveinced me that your mobile will be ok on that date.But when i go to the service center on 20/10/2009,again they told that your mobile repairing will take more 7 days.What are these things, can you explain me and at the service center i saw a lot of customers were going with full of harrashment.When purchase this mobile i think that the service also very good but unfornatelt it is very very bad.If u do not believe me u can come to this service center indivisualy and see what is going on.SO FROM NOW I SUGGEST ALL PEOPLE NOT TO PURCHASE SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE.

    Angry Complaint against samsung service centre.

    sir,

    This is viraj pawaskar from dandia bazar, vadodara 390001

    I have purchased a samsung mobile. SGH-J700i at 08-09-09. I faced some problem with it`s woking and reported at super computer service (samsung service center in vadodara). they said mi that the slider was not availabel in vadodara. after 7days slider available. but,after 15 days it is not available.....
    I am a student it is not possible for me to trace their every next date . kindly please see in to the matter and solve it.

    This is Satyaprakash from Dabra, Gwalior.

    I have purchased a samsung mobile. SGH-J700i at 13-05-09. I faced some problem with it`s woking and Caed Not Suported.They asked me to contact at Dabra service center, where they deposited my set at 02-09-09 and asked me to contact at 17th of this month. Today they are asking for one more week! now even after 2 months they are not giving any satisfactory answer.
    I am a Computer Operater posted in ICU it is not possible for me to trace their every next date . kindly please see in to the matter and solve it.

    This is Vishal Dhawan. I am sending this mail with lots of hope from your
    side to resolve my problem.

    I had buy one Samsung Phone from TATA dealer on 16-08-09. After 8-10 days I
    face problem in the phone i.e. no incoming and out going. I went to shop
    keeper he said go to service center they will issue replacement certificate
    for the same as this phone is not now in working conditions.

    I went Samsung authorized service center . CEE EMM SERVICES , Shop No
    -8,9,10 G Floor , Raj Palace, Hukum singh Market Atta, Sec-27 Noida-201301
    Phone No 0120-3127664. In the starting they said firstly we check and after
    that we will see if the same is not in service condition then we will issue
    replacement certificate.

    I submit my hand phone there on 26-08-09 from that day i went there
    regularly but no body listen to me and every time they give me new excuse .
    They have already committed phone is not in repairable condition but they
    are not interested to resolve the problem.

    I met there one guy Mr. Pardeep -- 9268317193 , Even though he has given me
    written endurance that he will dispatch replacement certificate mail on
    03-10-09. But till date they are using same world wait for few days.

    I am feeling very bad, as from office work its not possible to me go there
    2-3 times in weak , As already i have wasted my time and money.


    I request to you please help me to resolve the issue ASAP and guide me for
    further action.

    Default delay in service of samsung handset

    Respected Sir/mam,

    I have bought samsung mobile GT-S5603 on 05/08/09 for rs.11400 from ABHISHEK MOBILE WORLD, KOTA, RAJASTHAN.i used the mobile for one month then i noticed that there was charging problem in the mobile.

    My mobile is in warranty period.I have given that mobile in the samsung service centre placed at mira road, shop no. 7, shanti enclave buildind, opposite shanti shopping centre, pin: 401107 on 12/09/09 for repairing and they told that you will get the mobile within 7 days.Today is 27/09/09 and they haven't repaired my cellphone till now,near about more than 1 and half months have passed.i have visited there more than 15 times during this time period and also called many times. now when i go to the service centre they say that they have send the handset to VASHI HEAD OFFICE, from there it went to DELHI for REPAIR near about a month before but it havent been returned to VASHI HEAD OFFICE yet. so each time when i go to inquire about the handset, they give the same reason again and again and no action has been taken yet and today also they said that they havent received the handset yet and they have said to visit the service centre again after 2 days.
    i am facing workloss and mental harassment due to the irresponsible behaviour of the service centre employees.

    Default Samsung mobile review: If luck favors you always only then buy

    If luck favors you "always" only then buy Samsung mobile. Because if due to some reason any problem appears then it least likely that you will get proper service.

    Even I facing similar problems as most of you people, after purchasing a Samsung mobile phone. Its difficult to get a response from their service center located at:

    Cell Soultion
    No.46, 1st Cross, DOMLUR.

    First thing they try to do is "dont accept that the phone has a problem". If they accept then they receive the phone and don't give a proper answer when to get it done, all the customer have to do is keep calling them for months.

    I am wandering what would be a better way to deal with such situations. Do our writings in such forums yielding any result? Is any better way we can make people aware of the service of samsung mobile - insensitive and poor. I am sure most of the people who are linked to internet will search for review, blogs, feedback before purchasing a mobile. Probably the best thing we can do is create awareness, open up the unbiased facts to people how they suffered at Samsung mobile service centers. At least the buyers should know the cost of owning a samsung mobile.

    Default Pathetic Samsung Products

    I purchased Samsung handset M2710 on 2nd August 2009 and it developed technical snag just 2 months after purchase. It used to get restarted agetr every 10-15 minutes automatically. after 2-3 visits to service centre :
    CEE EMM SERVICES, 8,9,10,RAJ PALACE,HUKUM SINGH MARKET,ATTA,SEC-27 NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH
    They took the phone on 22 nd Oct 2009 and asked me to wait for 6 days. today it is 11th november and no news from them. They have switched off the only contact number they had (0120-3127664) is switched off. Mr Tiwary who is incharge of this service centre, his cell is also not reachable(9810260904).
    I have got fed up now and sensing some foul in your company's policy. For a company like samsung I think this kind of service is not at all accepted. You have abrand name and unsatisfied customers like me will never buy any kind of product of samsung in future. I will also make sure not to allow others buy samsung productsin future.

    I have purchased a Samsung mobile model S-3500 on 16.10.2009 from an authorised dealer Sale Point Shop no 6 Shubam Market Complex Bhubaneswar.After one day it is found that the mobile is not functioning properly.The charge in the is remaining for only about 3 to 4 hours. then Ihave deposited the mobile at the service centre Smart sale Bapujinagar Bhubaneswar. But they are telling that there is problem in battery & ihave to purchage battery when there is an warranty of Six months for battery. However on urgency Iam agreed ,but they are unable to provide me the said battery since 20 days with a plea that there is no stock. So kindly arrange abattery for me or otherwise provide me with anew set.

    Default Complaint against Sumsung Authorised Service Center.

    I brought Samsung i 450 mobile phone on 15/4/2009 from HOTSPOTS Retails Ltd., D-131, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi-07 by paying Rs. 10000. It is slide phone.
    One year warranty is provided.
    recently phone got display problem[when I use slide]. Sometime White screen is coming when slide is used. after backlight goes again when key is pressed display is coming back to normal state.
    When I went to Samsung center situated at SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER, BHARAT COMMUNICATION, BG-20, GROUND FLOOR, R.G. COMPLEX, DESH BANDHU GUPTA ROAD, PAHARGANJ, NEW DELHI-55 [/B] I am not satisfied by the service they provide to me &my problem is not cured yet I went there again & again & they just told me to come next week & so on. I am going there from last 3 week I am facing so many problem from my phone & now I am too frustrated and I request u to solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will lodge a complaint in consumer court.

    Default compaint against service center

    dear sir
    i have purchased a samsung SGHJ 700 and after some their is some problem with its flap and display . so i have shown it to the service center in roorkee M/SCOMPUTER POINT SHOP NO-7 ROORKEE TALKIES, COMPLEX 22 ,CIVIL LINES. and they asked me to take it after one day . It is in warranty period. i have given it on 30/11/09 but till now they had not returned it .I went their regularly and the told me to come again and again.Thereforei request you to solve my problem as soon as possible .

    Default Samsung J600 Phone complain

    I have purchased my samsung J600 1 yr back and after 1 yr i started facing display problem.I have given my phone to Thane samsung service centre on 24/10/2009 they replaced my dispaly to another phone and making me wating till date not giving my phone to me.The temp phone which they have given is also continously restarting.

    I want to make a complain regarding samsung service centre services and the cheating they do.

    i purchased samsung mobile model no: M3510 on 25.05.2009.
    but i had get problem in mobile that mobile mic. didnt use.
    i am go to the authorised samsung mobile service centre ( i.e. s.p.services, 4,ish-krupa Apt., adwait colony,opp.vishwas co.op.bank,canada corner,nashik-5.ph.0253.2310205)
    they will give me job sheet no.1190 dt.10.11.2009.
    but the service centre told me that the problem didnt solved by them and they will give me refund amt. but today dt.09.12.2009 when i follow of service centre they told me problem didnt solve and you take out your mobile as it is.
    question is why the authorised service centre giving customer such type of treatment after one month.
    please you look in this matter as early as possible .......
