    Default Against Samsung Service Center Noida Atta market

    Dear Sir,
    This is Manoj Singh Chauhan working with wipro at Greater Noida.I have purchased Samsung Galaxi set model no as GT-55570.I have got some issue with this set & handed over the same at Technocare Samsung service service at Atta Market Noida,and 2 and the half month before.After continuously 1 and the half month i got my cell with some other issue i deposit the same again.

    I had never come across this kind of worst service provided by the Samsung still i am waiting to get my cell rectified.Mentioned service center is almost 40 km from my home.I have spent almost double amount during traveling to follow up the same to the total cost of my mobile.

    Each & every time these guys provide 1 number call this no or take the same within 2 days.Any of the provided number either is not working or they are not lifting.I used to go there then get the same reply it in head office get it within 2 days and all.


    I have spent lots of money & took lots of leave from my office to get the same rectified.But still suffering with the same issue.I totally lost my self to deal with this case,Not one is taking responsibility for the same.

    Last 2 and half month i am working without cell which cost me alot.Please help me out to get the same rectified.

    I was using the gmail app on samsung wave 2 and it was working just perfectly fine until i tried to sync my contacts with my gmail account . The sync was successful but i did not want to keep it that way , so in my pursuit to remove the sync , i ended up deleting my gmail account by mistake Now when i try to log in to the gmail app or gtalk , it returns an error saying "INVALID LOGIN". The rest of the accounts work properly and i can even access gmail directly through the browser. But when i try to log in through the app , it returns the same error . Can anyone help me with this please ?

    Default samsung cellphone no proper response

    sir , i have got samsung 2232 hero 2mnth back. its panel glass broken (fallen down n broke) .so i registered to repair my samsung in authorized dealers in samsung vadapalani chennai, last month between 20 to 25 th oct .stil they not even responding properly . they told in week time it ll come from noida samsung company. every time call in evening or we lll call u only the response, if not available that they can inform but full negligence, kindly look over this .

    As my Samsung E2500 mobile's display was lost, i gave my mobile to Pooja Mobile Repairs, 2-A,river road ,Pimpri PMC 411017, Pune.They gave me battery while taking mobile from me but not memory card.And now they are saying we dint take your sim card.Its very frustrating i want my memory card back.Please rply me on komalb08@yahoo.co.in as soon as possible.

    i m from karnal in haryana . i hav a samsung champ it has problem problem problem. i had given at samsung service centre (at mughal) they had repaired my handset but till yet problem of my cell doesnot solve yet if i asked wat was the problem they doesn't say anything. the manger of the centre mai kuch nhi sakta agar apna cell dikh karvana hoo kavao varna yaha se jao

    Angry SAMSUNG GALAXY POP - GT-S5570, high importance

    i purchased samsung model GT-S5570 android version 2.2.1, if i plug this handset to charger it will automatically starts pressing keypad n i will dial, totally malfunction, i updated the software in care center, now also same problem, if i charge the battery even i not attended single call it will be switched off, you service is very poor in bangalore, i was happy with nokia products there service is too good, please let me know where this problem will solved please help me, i taken this model on last month only, so much of problems i am facing. please give me contact number n address who will take this action n resolve the problem please respond for this mail.

    Dear Samsung ,

    This is Uamkant ,Pune.
    I have purchased Galaxy Fit before 2 week. within a very short period i m facing a problem with the handset; for the same i have been in your service center with same issue.Address Samsung Service Center c/o Bhosale Shinde Arcade , Deccan Pune. It was a very very pathetic response from your Executive .

    Mr. Hemant was attending me is disaster example of what not to do in client relationship; i had explained the details of problem to ur executive (Mr. Hemant). But the way he reply to me was very pathetic and he was a very arrogant and he was abuse me with the words..... 'Chal Bahar Chal Mai tumhe batat hu' (Come out i will show you who i am)............. same time i contacted to his in-charge (Mr. Shailesh) but he was ignoring all the things and didn't said anything to him.

    If this kind of executive you are hiring to provide the service to your valuable customer not for incurring problems, I had high respect about SAMSUNG as a brand because of its high professionalism but today had worst experience. Sorry to say but if this situation continues then soon people will not say SAMSUNG, they will say No SAMSUNG No.

    Unhappy complaint against samsung galaxy s2

    Sir,

    I bought galaxy s2 on 10 march 2012 of RS.31000/- . form 4th day I am doing compaint of it. In my handset hanging problem, right click button and battery problem.I had visited to service near me i.e. of laxmi nagar. He told me you have to submit your phone and we have to update the software and your problem will sorted. but i say no and without doing it i came back.

    Next day i called in service center again and talked to Mr. Shanker, who told me I am leader of service center. He force me please madam you have once time update your software your poblem will definately sorted. I told him in front of me software will updated. He says ok!

    But again my problem is not sort out.
    Then again I called in service centerservice to disuss my problem. Again they told me you have to again update the software and your problem will sorted.

    In all that time will pass out but my problem is not sort out.

    I asked one question if software updation is solution of my problem then why its not solved in first updation. He gave me round round answer.

    but ok I went for updation again in madhu vihar.service center.

    BUt MY problem not solved. And that time they told me you have to submit your phone in the service center and we have to check it out. what is actually problem in it.

    From first called I told them Their is some manufacturing fault in it but in company point of view customer is stupid and customer cannot understand any thing. and customer money has no value.

    I am very frusted doing complaint again and again. You have to think Its is not a thing of 2rs ,ITS OF 31000/-.

    I will submit my phone in service center because i donot have believe on that. I have seen so many customer who visted the service cneterafter submit the phone.

    I have purchased top model of samsungphone.

    BUt after i am feel very guilty why I purchased it...

    I need your support if you can otherwise tell me the way to solve my problem.

    I need new handset immediately.

    I am waiting for your response.

    Response me as soon as possible.
