I bought a Onida G750D on 21st September, 2010. I found a very peculiar kind of problem in the set. The problem was that while using CDMA sim, after 12:30 am the CDMA network showed no network coverage and I was not able to make any calls till 6:00 am (actually i am not sure when the network comes back, I have personally checked till 3:30 am and there was still no signal in the CDMA network). I cross checked with other CDMA sets and they were working fine. Also I checked with GSM sims on the set and they were working perfectly and hence the problem was with the CDMA part of the cell.

I gave the mobile to one of the onida mobile service centres stating the problem and after testing they replaced it. The new set also showed the same network problem. The customer centres were very lazy in their work and I lost some 15 days which ideally shouldn't have taken more 2-3 days at tops.

The staff at the customer care was rude and they have no idea what the problem with the set is.

I humbly ask you to look into the matter and provide justice.
