Hi,

I have purchased spice dual sim D-88n mobile on 08-Feb-09.
The set is having problem with its mic whenever I talk to
someone, my voice sounds very low to the other side.

I have given my handset to Tagore garden service center on 31-Mar-09.

The person at service center told me that it would take maximum of 15 days
to repair this handset. Since then I have not received any call from them.
I have called them many a times and ask the status.They told me twice that
that the handset has been repaired. But when I had gone to the service center
they told me that the handset is not repaired till yet. I am really disappointed
with the kind of service provided by them. This is kind of service
they are providing for just a monir problem in the handset.
It is noteworhy that they are taking so much time and giving wrong commitments
which really resulting in harrasment. It is almost a month
I have not got my hand set back and I don't know how much more time it would take.
But I will never recommened to buy spice mobile phone to anyone after facing
so many issues for a minor problem with a almost new handset.

Out of one year warrenty company keep the handset for one month for repair of such a minor problem.
