Hi, I ( Abhishek Kumbhare ), have purchased sony Aino U10 i on 25/4/2010. ( IMEI 35681503-742995-9).
within one monthe or so , i was facing the problem of slow operating system and the phone used to hang frequently. As i was out of the country i couldnt give it for repair. As soon as i was back to india in sepetember. i went to the service outlet in khairtabad i got it serviced the same day and the phone was working fine. but unfortunately the same problem occured from the very next day. As the service outlet was far from my place i had to wait untill weekend. I again gave it for repair after couple of weeks and the problem still remained the same. This happend 4 times. i was literally frustrated when they told me that there was a fault in the motherboard and they have to send it for replacement and it will take 15 - 20 days to get it back. I thought i would atleast get a permanent resolution, i gave it for replacement on 21st april 2011. They called me on 2nd may and told me to come and collect it on 3rd. I was happy that i wouldnt have to face any problem now. But for my surprise when i went to service outlet today ( 3rd may ). they sd the replaced mother board is also defective and they will have to send it for replacement again.
I AM VERY IRRITATED WITH THE SONY ERICSON. i would never ever use sony again. as i have already paid for this phone i am forced to use it. I DEMAND SONY ERICSON TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY OR ISSUE ME A NEW HANDSET.
