I Purchased a Nokia 5610 Xpress Music on 11/06/2008 from Subhiksha Trading services
limited, SCF-89,Sector -14, Gurgaon. I found that both microphone & loudspeaker
Create distrub sound from the phone. I report this problem to Subhiksha Trading
services limited ,he told me to show the phone to nokia care center(SHEETLA WLL
SERVICE Old Delhi Road Opp sec -14 Gurgaon )for checking on date 23/08/08. after
four months same problem of microphone & loudspeaker Create distrub sound from the
phone.i am again repairing that phone in SHEETLA WLL SERVICE Old Delhi Road Opp
sec -14 Gurgaon on date 03/01/2009.Again same three times problem occured on
13/04/2009. I then talked to you customer care call centre no 01243033838 explained
my problem & asked them resisted the complaint no 2-3xitv7 .
I want my mobile replaced with a new set as I had made the full payment for new set.
