Hi,



I was procured the N73 Cell phone (353548021471660) from Brand factory
Marahahalli in the year of 2008(June) as per manufacturer i have one
year warranty for the same, but after using several month it is giving
lot of problem like getting over heated, while talking getting switching
off, hanging, and not able sent text message,



For above said problem was been to Nokia care (Koramangala) twice they
were only updated the Software and they don't given the any receipt for
same,



But that was also not served my purpose again I was visited the Nokia
care Koramangala that time they were took the hand set for more 10 days,
after that I had received the cell phone but again I am facing the same
problem but the hand set still under warranty till June.



Please look into this query and let me know further level of action.
