    Respected Sir,


    I am Someshwar Swami , from Surat Gujarat i had purchased a Mobile Model No V1675 of Videocon Company from Rachna Mobile Surat, in the month of June 2010, for Rs- 5000/- after two months it started to problem and i submitted to Accel Frontline Service Surat which is a Authorized service center on 13th of Aug 2010, they told me that it will be replaced and the company will replaced it , call id :SRT-VG-10-0086770-DW. is provided by the service centre and the same i communicated to the Customer care and they assured me that my problem will be resolved , but my phone was replaced and provided me after 1 month on 13th sep 2010 and that was also again started to problem and the same i again told to customer care the adviced me to visit to service center , i visited their they checked the phone and told me that sir we will sent a mail for a DO Letter and when we will recieve approval for the same we will give you a DO letter and you submit your old phone along with bill and all accesories to us and you can collect a new mobile from The same shop Rachna Mobile Surat , but it is also more than one week i had not recieved a call from anyone and each and every time when i call to customer care they asure me will will sent you complaint to our concern department , all this matter is aware to Mr Kamal at videocon Mobile customer care,



    please sir i had invested rs 5000/- for using the phone not to be harassed, i only used the phone for two months after investing this much amount and still i am facing problem please do needful , i am having the last hope from you .............

    Angry Videocon V1424 - Worst Mobile Ever - Videocon is worst compant

    Hi There,

    My name is Prabhakar Rao and am one of those unsatisfied cusrtomers the reason is:

    In the end of April 2011, I purchased V1424 mobile and from day 1 it has problem.
    1) Auto switch off.
    2) Auto restart.
    3) Camera does not work.
    4) Ear phones volume is very low.
    5) Blutooh sending & recieving fails.
    6) Battery problem.
    7) Keypad is very hard and power button does not work. AND MANY MORE.....

    THE ABOVE DETAILS CLEARLY INDICATES THAT THIS MOBILE IS USELESS

    Having lost patience I went to "J S MOBILE CARE" service center in Dilsukh nagar,Hyderabad. Contact#040-32574464 & 9849129892. Service center confirmed all the above mentioned problems persists and registered a work order number: JS1-VG-11-0099563-DW,on May 11,2011. Actually i gave it one week before but they delayed it till May 11.

    The service center guys informed that they sent the mobile to the compant. I have received a call on June 2,2011 informing to collect my mobile which is repaired.

    On June2,2011 I collected my mobile with the delivery challan JS1-DC-0001752 and felt like checking infront of the service senter guys. To my surprise I found that the problem is still persisting so unfortunaely I have to give it back to them again there itself and they gave me another work order number JS1-VG11-0115923-DW.

    Your Call center in Delhi is worth less. please take action against your executives Mr.Sorab for not allowing me speak to his higher officials, Mr.Kisan for falls promises and Mr.Kamal for answering my call even after 30min.

    THIS IS REDICULUS AND ANNOYING. WHAT A SHIT SERVICE YOU GUYS HAVE.

    PLEASE REQUEST YOU TO COMPENSATE ME FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS I WENT THROUGH JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR MOBILE.
