Complaint of Maxx Mobile Sir,
On 21st Sept 2010 I have purchased a mobile phone of Maxx co. MX 470 for Rs. 3000/-. It has bluetooth, Recording & Camera but i cannot take the photos clearly & also i cant shoot with it so the next day when i went to the shop the sales girl said that the boss is not there come tommorrow. so i went next day with the handset the retailer refuse to attend the complain & told that he will buy the mobile for Rs. 1800/- as a second hand set. Please do the needly as early as possible.

I have purchased maxx mobile of model mx475 cos of 3300rs.but i hav problem with bluetooth options.those are if i want to receive a audio/vedio song from any other mobile it shows receive data option.but after some time it shows write exist fails & file manager does not show memory card option.then every time i have to switch off & on my mobile.so plz send me the settings of bluetooth options that not to get these problems once again.
MAXX MX401 IMEI NO. 357677040316592 (volume control not work and poor camera performance) in spite of 2 services my cell has not satisfied me. from the date of purchase i am facing the problem of volume up and down automatically.
camera is not capturing the pictures as a 2 mp camera and quality is so dull which is not expected by me.
therefore it is my request to you to solve my problem immediately.
