    I write to you today in a state of despair and utter desperation. My Problem is as follows:

    I bought my "Dream Phone", a Samsung Galaxy S a.k.a i9000 in first week of August 2010 from Spice HOT SPOT Located in DDA market Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110063. I also opted to buy so called "Complete Care Package" for an additional 1700-1800 Rupees. This covers my phone against physical as well as liquid damages for a period of 2 years. I liked my phone very much and was enjoying it quite a bit. Unfortunately, due to an accident beyond my control, The touch screen of the phone was damaged/broken very badly. I took the phone to the same place where i bought it from and submitted it for repairs. They gave me a job sheet (the details of which are given at the end of this e-mail) and told me that it will take about 7 - 10 days to get the phone repaired. After 7 days i called the customer care number (011 60005566) written in the job sheet to find out the status of my mobile. They informed my that it is pending for touch screen repair and asked me to call after 3 days. I obliged and called after 3 days. A different customer care representative answered my call and told me exactly the same things as before. After this happened at least 6-7 times, i was agitated and asked if i could speak to some senior officials. They provided me with two mobile numbers (9717794777, 9717794077 of some Miss Sareena). i Called these numbers tirelessly for 3 days but in vain. No one answered. Then i called the Customer care number again and after a lot of heated discussions and arguments i was given a guarantee that my phone will be given to me on 16th September. When i called again on September again a new guaranteed date was given to me for 21st and again on 21st new date was given for 23rd i.e today. I called them again today and they have again given me a guarantee that i will get my phone on Monday. But i do not believe anything they say anymore.

    Dear Sirs, I urge you to please intervene on my behalf and get them to return my phone in repaired condition or to give me a replacement if they are unable to repair it. They phone is a very costly one (almost 30000, with the extended guarantee) and i have a strong suspicion that they might have even lost the phone. Here are all the details you will require

    Unhappy No response in hotspot mobicare

    sir,
    i am M.K.Vikneshwar i bought samsung E250 mobile in hotspot showroom (Perimet) on 4/03/08 while buing i registered for mobicare.Then i my mobile got repair so i gave the mobile for at hotspot showroom which was at nungambakkam .REF:Job sheet no:037,
    after two month i got a call that the is unrepairable so i will be getting 50% cash back so i submited the total kit.Then that showroom was shifted so i went to two more hotspot showroom they didn't replied properly.Then i went to hotspot which is at purasaiwakkam there i got credit note no:3348.After that i become busy with my work so i am not able to go there again.Recently i went to anna salai hotspot showroom to purchase one new mobile,There they said that the C.R.N Number was locked . so i contacted mobicare through phone and also in email they said it has been unlocked. but it is not unlocked yet i contacted so many times regarding this concern but i didn't get the any proper reply.To get that cash back i was roamed like any thing but yet i didn't get my cash.so i kindly request you to take nesessery action unlock the CRN Number and do the need full as soon as possible and let me know.

    Default Hotspot mobi care not returning my handset

    Hi ,
    My name is Ajit Pal and my complaint is regarding the repair of my cellpphone M0torola Motorokr Z6. At the time of purchase from Hotspot , Paschim Vihar, New delhi , i had taken Care pack with an additional warranty. Unfortunately , when my cell phone stopped to charge battery , i submitted it to the Hot Spot centre on 11-10-2010 , Paschi Vihar. Now its already 9th Nov 2010, almost , i dont have a clue when will i get my cell phone back . I have called the customer care people 'n' number of times and always i get a standard reply' In repairing process' with an extended deadline. Had i known this, would have straigtway went to the motorola service centre as i am very much sure of their service and woul have paid them. Moreover, the executives handling the calls are not at all courteous. They are uneducated and illiterate, not having manners at all.
    I would like you to intervene in this case.

    Dear sir i avinash singh gave my mobile nokia5310 (whose imei number
    is 351934032611472) on 7october2010 for repairing at spice hotspot mobicare
    centre142/ambedkar road,ghaziabad(u.p.) under carepackwarrenty (i gave for this extra 600 rs.) ,after10 days i talked to costumercare ,who said that 'ur mobile is not
    repairable so we will gave u mobilecredit after submitting ur mobile
    accessories according to carepack warrenty'
    ..........then i submitted all my mobile
    accessories on 25th october at hotspot mobicare centre142/ambedkar road,ghaziabad(u.p.) and also gave my mobile bill ,after this i called them 4-5 times ,but every time A different customer care representative answered my call and told me exactly the same things as before , i called till now 25-30 times at their care number '00160005566' and also talked to mr. Saurab(09560099584,09717794777) for credit , numbers r provided by customer care but
    they r till now unable to make my mobile credit,whenever i called them they give me a new date..........

    Default Mobile set not working

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased a Mobile phone Make-Spice,M-67,3D from Spice Retail Ltd,Shop No-5,Krishna Mandir Market,Najafgarh,New Delhi-110043(Mob-9650396837),vide Receipt Book No.C52/62,Sl No-3074,Dated-20th Jan 2012,for a sum of Rs-2,550/= is not working since last one month as buttons are not working,thus become unserviceable.
    In view of the above you are therefore requested to intervene in the subject matter and give direction ASAP.
