i purchased a micromax C2i mobile handsets in july 2010 in which was having some functional i.e. i m nt getting the voice of other side but other side person can hear me so i depoisted my handset to the ghaziabad service in choti bazariya, Shop no 116, Ghaziabad then it was returned in a week bt my problem was not solved then again i submitted my handset again on service center on 9 august 2010 bt now it is more than 1 month but there is no fixed date on which it will be returned i went so many times but the service center owner always says that it is not returned by company so kindly please help me in this matter. i will be thankful to you
