I purchased a Samsung M3310 on the 3rd of June 2010, the IEMI number of which is 354118039449527. Along with it I obtained the essential warranty for 1 year, which apparently seems to be of no value. The phone worked well for one month after which there appeared to be complications with the keypad. In order to get the problem corrected I gave the handset to the service center. It was returned to me with the assurance of it being fixed. However, a few days later I was again presented with the exact same problem, for which, again, I went to the service center. I was reassured that the problem was fixed, which was not the case, again. This happened four times before i went back and asked for a different handset as the one i was given, clearly wasn't alright. As the warranty was still applicable i assumed that i would at least be allowed to get the handset exchanged, but i was told that that was not possible. i wasn't given a proper reason as to why that was not possible. This poor service employed by the Samsung Service Center is definitely not appreciated by me or, I'm sure, by other customers suffering this fate.
