Sir,
This to inform you that i've purchased Sony Ericsson C-905 on 1-12-2008 it started
malfunctioning by 24-12-08, which was given for repair in your service center. I was
provided with complaint id no. SES08AIN12654 but the problem continued so the
product was submitted again, against Job sheet id SES09AIN10058 on 8-1-2009. I
received a replacement for the same which worked properly for hardly 8 days and was
given to you people for the third time on 18-2-2009, now I have my cell phone back
with me in the same condition, your company dint provide me any kind of repair or
replacement.
Now i want a replacement for my cell phone with proper box packing by the earliest.
Hope you come out with a proper solution for my problem
